"Incredibly beautiful home, historic architecture lovingly updated! Melissa was easy to communicate with, and it was so well stocked & fresh flowers and breakfast foods & fruit. Lovely covered porch to sit on, and visit. We were in town for our son’s wedding, so multiple groups stopped by to visit. Everyone raved About the house!Thanks for a making our stay so enjoyable!"

"This gem is tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The host is a great communicator and we felt like we were living our best life! Swimming in the private pool at sunset, every amenity and then some at our disposal and restful sleep. We enjoyed great proximity to museums, Austin and the cute town of Smithville. Would return for sure!"

"We got this house for a weekend getaway for my son 8th birthday . It’s a perfect house for a staycation . We loved the pool, volleyball was perfect for our family all we did was play games over and over . Loved they provided propane for the bbq pit and wood for the fire pit. They also left us a carton of eggs so many things to do here. I haven’t stayed in a house with a fully equipped kitchen as this one . "We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this spot for a home away from home. I forgot to check handicap accessible and we had an elderly person with us and there isn't an elevator to the upper floors. But if you have no limitations for step the spot is amazing. "

"We took 38 seniors and 7 staff members to the ranch for 4 days and 3 nights on our Senior Class trip to Houston. The ranch had everything we could want and more. The communication with our host was quick and easy, and if any minor issue arose, it was taken care of immediately. We felt very safe in the location and it was easily accessible. There was ample parking for our bus and SUV, with no worry of bothering the neighbors. Our students enjoyed the amenities and were very happy with their stay....
