"Broken hallway lights, filthy hallway floors, looks like it’s never been cleaned ! No trash can in room, no one cleaned room or replaced towels our whole stay, shower was broken, curtains were broken, pool AND hot tub was out of service for while trip and staff was doing their own thing and playing ..."
