The location was perfect. Communication was confusing. I was told in an email if I lost the parking pass I would be charged, arrived and found the parking pass right away. But I emailed to ask where to use it and was told it was a mistake that it was left and it was invalid? And for checkout I was told to put dishes in the dishwasher and start it. But the unit didn’t have a dishwasher. The TV was more up-to-date than the pictures made it look. But the bed was less than comfortable. There was also often people sleeping outside the building near the entrance. The communal hallway was also heavily scented of mothballs.
