Located on a corner lot, the house has a large back yard with a deck and patio. It's less than a mile from I-71 and 270 making it just minutes from downtown, The Great Columbus Convention Center, Ohio Stadium, Polaris Parkway, Easton Towne Center, and so much more! ** No same city bookings** Absolutely no parties or events!

Clean nice ...and helpful..i actually booked the wrong dates and was accommodated with a half off day..very nice , since this was for a funeral and i was under duress..i would definitely book again

Host was very quick ti response if we had a question. The place was very clean and bed slept excellent A few thing that we felt the house needed more of. Were wash cloths. 12 ppl stayed and we didnt have enough wash cloths for everyone one. We did all our meals at the house. It would've been helpful if the kitchen was stocked a bit more. There were not dish cloths, tea towels, pot holders, foil, or plastic wrap.

Check in was a breeze. Host was easy to reach and communicate with. House was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. We fit 10 people comfortably. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Pillow quality and quantity was not great, but it did not affect our overall stay

Good basic home for family get-together, kid-proof and dog-proof. The back yard isn't fenced, and the neighbors clearly don't like vacationers (a hostile sign points at the back yard). Kitchen barely suitable to cook in. Had to change some bulbs. Furniture is different from photos - more rugged chairs/bar stools. Landlord was kind enough to allow an early check in but it took several asks to get a response. Our grandkids are rambunctious so this was perfect for us.

Maybe ok for a one night stay, but I do not recommend for any longer. No working smoke detectors, no dustpan or vacuum, mold on bathtub, mold on ice dispenser, musty smell and dirty carpets. Listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual condition. It is not completely updated.

The cleaning crew was still there when we arrived. Miscommunication between the owner and cleaning crew apparently. The listing stated it will sleep 16 which is not true. The pillows were awful!!! We had to go out and buy all new pillows. They were so flat. House needs updated. Cleaning could have been better but I feel the cleaning people were trying to rush cause the guest before us had made a mess. The kitchen was nice and the overall floor plan was nice for all of us. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great.

We had a great stay! If you're visiting during the summer, I recommend bringing a fan or two for the upstairs area, as it can get a bit warm. Other than that, the process was smooth, and the experience was very nice.
