Your house includes free slot machines, a 75” smart TV, board games, video games, and arcade machines in the halls.

We equipped every bedroom with a Smart TV and Smart Bed.

Your kitchen includes all cooking essentials and the third floor includes a common study area with desks and personal computer.

5 minutes to the Short North/OSU/Downtown/Airport. 15% off stays of seven nights or more.
The space
• Five bedrooms, two full bathrooms.
• Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, with access to any of your streaming subscriptions and complementary Sling TV service.
• Play on our two slot machines (tokens cannot be exchanged for money, this is purely for fun)
• Adjustable beds in each bedroom.
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• House is equipped with an arcade, slot machines, and laser projectors.
• Small office area with desk and computer on the third floor.
• Clean towels and linens are provided.
• Combo washer/dryer in the upstairs bathroom.
• The house is one side of a duplex and the front porch and back yard is shared.

Guests will have access to their side of the duplex, minus 4 closets which are used for storage

CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later.

CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM.

PARKING: Parking is limited! There is space for one car behind the house. If you are bringing additional cars, you will need to find on-street parking. The best places are along North 4th Street or Tompkins Street. Typically you can find spaces within two to three blocks of the house.

CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.

5% of the proceeds from all stays are donated to Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Great stay and lots of space

This was a great place for our group trip. We had plenty of room and the decor throughout the house was really unique. All the beds were very comfortable!

Awesome Home!

Home is just as pictured, my family loved every detail. The road the home is located on is a bit busy and noisy, which did not bother us but may be a factor for others. We will definitely book with this owner again when in the area.

Amusing

There are a lot of remote controls in this place, had trouble with one and it was not a battery issue. By the time we got back from an outing it was fixed. The kitchen had everthing we needed. Every turn there was something fun to inspect

Unique Stay at OSU

This is a duplex with 5 beds, 2 baths. Response time from owner and rental management team was swift. This is a very unique property. We had 4 kids and 4 adults stay - there was a lot to take in. Parking wasn’t terrible. One dedicated parking spot then we had to find street parking for the other car but we always got it about a block away. Kitchen nicely stocked. Kids had a blast with the arcade games. Overall would recommend!
