With a pool and a hot tub, you get the best of all seasons! Enjoy the pool/slide in the summer, take a nice break in the hot tub in the fall/winter! **POOL IS OPEN. CLOSES LABOR DAY WEEKEND**
Open concept living/kitchen area with deck, a patio off the walkout in the basement - with a bar and foosball table- perfect for a family or group of friends.
Centrally-located place! About 5-10 minutes from Mizzou campus and Faurot Field; grocery stores, bars, and restaurants are all close!

Ranch walkout with an open concept main floor! Two bedrooms on the main floor and third bedroom in the basement. Two separate living spaces makes it easy to spread out!


**PLEASE NOTE- WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $100 PER GUEST PER NIGHT IF YOUR GUEST COUNT IS NOT ACCURATE. We do have on site security cameras to verify the accuracy of your booking. Please let us know beforehand if additional guests are staying to avoid the extra fees.

My experience

I was very happy with the overall experience at this house. I did notice a few ants crawling around in the master bedroom. Other than that it was a very good place to stay, highly recommend.

Mizzou Football Weekend

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Conveniently located to campus and access to so many restaurants and shopping nearby. Our family took full advantage of the hot tub and would love to come back to use the pool in the future.

Gameday in CoMo

The property was amazing!! Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Coffee in the morning was ready to go. Property just as described with awesome hot tub. Loved our stay here. Property manager was very responsive.

Parents Weekend Visit

We were visiting Columbia with another family for Parents Weekend at Mizzou! The house was decorated really nice with very comfortable accommodations! The space on top & bottom floors was laid out really well to give each family some room to spread out!

Pristine

This house was absolutely perfect for my childhood best friend and me. It is spacious, well appointed and immaculately kept. The neighborhood is lovely, and it is close to everything we wanted to do. Derek was easy to reach and very accommodating. I highly recommend this house.

Sweet neighborhood

Derek and Patty’s house is in a very sweet neighborhood! Quiet pretty sidewalks were really nice for walking. I travel with two dogs, and we enjoyed all of the conservation land in Rockbridge area, the Katy Trail by Cooper’s Landing, and also really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Murray’s Restaurant is close for excellent take out or to have a glass of wine and listen to music. It was super nice that the dogs could use the pool, and they even had a stack of dog towels and special chews left for them by the hosts 😊👍 I highly recommend, would be a fantastic place for a family get together, too.
