MAIN HOUSE
Note: The unit is the main home, located in the middle of the property.

Living Room:
Take an immediate left after walking in and find our inviting living room. Couches, SmartTVs, and even a crackling fireplace will make you feel right at home. So relax and share a bowl of popcorn; you’ve settled into the right place.
Also, on the back wall of the main area is a large wooden office desk, just in case you need to take care of a little business on your stay!

Dining Room:
Adjacent to the living room and connecting to the kitchen is the dining area. Comfortably seating four, here you can share a meal and a memory!

Directly connected with the dining room, for easy serving, is the kitchen—well stocked with everything you need to care for friends and family. In the cabinets, you’ll find all the utensils, platters, and accouterments needed to handle any sized meal.

Bathroom One (Full):
Across from bedroom one and the first door on the right down the hallway is the bathroom: full-sized tub and shower. Our standards of privacy and accommodation are upheld here as well as in the rest of the home.

Bedroom Two (King):
The last door on the left in the hallway is bedroom two. Like bedroom one, this room has all the accommodations you’d expect to find for a comfortable stay.

Primary Suite (Queen):
At the very end of the hallway is the Primary bedroom. In addition to the queen-bed and cleanliness is a private half-bath for your convenience. Honor one of your guests by giving them the best room in the house.

You will receive a `boarding pass` upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
