Great home and fun location

Well appointed older southern home with a great front porch and modern updates. We enjoyed walking to the downtown city square to have coffee in the morning and enjoying the park along the river.

About our stay

The house has a very charming facade and we loved the front porch with its rockers and couch. where we got to hang out and enjoy morning coffee and an evening glass of wine or beer. Bedrooms all decent sizes and kitchen well equipped and very clean.

Nice stay

Property was in a good location. There were some issues with the uneven flooring and the adjusters between rooms, but other than that it was a fun stay. There were ants being killed by the ant traps and that took care of them. Front porch was a real nice addition to make the rental really family friendly. And the host was easy to contact and to deal with.

Great Littke Cottage

Great location, very enjoyable walk over the river to downtown Columbia which is a cool little town to grab dinner and drinks. Home was easy and convenient. I’d make sure you ask them to open up the house and turn the air on in advance of your arrival. It was 88 degrees in the house the first evening when we arrived and it took a long while for the AC to kick in; not great sleeping. Other than that it was a pretty awesome rental experience. Would definitely do it again and recommend to anyone staying in the area. Pretty sweet weekend with the family.

Great Location, Great Layout and Great Host

This house is delightful. Very short walk to the square and downtown. Layout of the house is great there is room for people to spread out. the house is well furnished, tastefully decorated. Nice Sheets and towels. Keurig coffeemaker in kitchen. Property Manager was so responsive and accommodating. all in all a great experience. One thing to be aware of (not a negative, but just to plan for) is there is not really much of a stocked pantry with spices, salt, foil, plastic wrap etc. this was never advertised, so not at all a negative but more of a reminder to bring some of those things if you want them.
