Welcome to Columbia Mountain Luxury Oasis, a beautiful new home built on one acre in Columbia Falls. This five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home is the ultimate luxury home with a private hot tub, gas fire pit, a grill, and a separate ADU space. With close proximity to Glacier National Park, Whitefish, and Flathead Lake, this home is the perfect base to spend your vacation in beautiful Montana.
As you walk into the home, you are greeted with modern, sleek designs with lots of sunlight streaming in. To the left of the doorway is a mud room/ laundry room perfect for leaving your shoes and jackets in and a half bath. To the right, you are welcomed into an open-concept living area, with the kitchen being the first access point of the space. The kitchen has a beautiful waterfall island with bar seating for four people and a built-in microwave. This kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances. If you enjoy cooking and entertaining from the kitchen, this home is designed for you. Off of the kitchen is the dining room with stunning views of the surrounding area and a table set for eight people. Continue into the living room, where you will be cozy by the fireplace in any of the four seating options. Your first access point to the balcony is from the living room. Back inside, the primary bedroom is located right off the living room. This room hosts a king-size bed, with chairs to sit and read a book. There is private access to the balcony here, perfect for your morning yoga. The primary room has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. This bathroom will make you feel like you're at a spa with a waterfall shower head and vanity mirrors.
Next, we'll head down the stairs to the lower level. On this floor, you have a separate living room, dining room, kitchenette, and laundry room. You also have three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs space is perfect for the children to use and play in. With a spacious living area, a TV, and lounging options, your kids or guests will love this space. This room also gives you access to the patio and backyard. The first bedroom has custom wall built-in queen-size bunk beds and a little seating area to hang out on the oversized chairs. The third bedroom has two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, and private access to the backyard patio. On the other side of the lower level is a fourth bedroom with a king-size bed, private patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet.
The cool and unique aspect of the property is the owners have added a luxurious ADU. It is situated away from the house, which is perfect if you have guests along on your trip. It has two levels with a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There is a loft on either end of the unit, with one room having a queen-size bed and the other having a twin-size bed. This ADU comfortably sleeps three people. There is a little patio with seating or a table with seating for four people, so you can enjoy dinner or a cup of coffee outside.
The exterior of the house provides a 1,200 ft cedar deck for relaxing or entertaining. With multiple lounging areas, There is space for the whole family to relax and unwind. The backyard has a gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs for six people and a private hot tub. This is where the family is going to want to spend all their time telling stories and star-gazing. In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.
