"What a beautifully appointed boathouse! It exceeded our expectations in every way! Very clean, hosts quickly responded to our questions, and seemed to have thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and special! Loved the led candles on the screen porch after dark, spacious living room/kitchen and master bedroom, just everything! We highly recommend a stay here!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Plenty room for four trucks and boats. 8 guys fit well inside and out. Property was was beautiful and peaceful. Only 2 issues outside of anyone's control, were Gnats and to thick grass to travel through the area to get to the river. Close drive to the state park and has multiple other options for launch's. Thank you for your home will absolutely come back next time we fish Lake Seminole!!"

"The best spot in Bainbridge! We came for the July 4th holiday and had a wonderful time! The house is set up nicely so there is a "quiet side" away from the family room if you need to take an afternoon nap. But my favorite part is getting to step right outside the door and onto the square. Take a stroll after dinner or sit in the park (and just pop upstairs when you need a potty break! lol) The host was so gracious and the communication was perfect. Thank you for a lovely weekend!"

"We had a lovely stay! The place was clean & check in was very easy! The host was responsive and welcoming, and the atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway. One thing to note for future guests: the home is not very handicap accessible, so it may be challenging for those with mobility needs. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our time here! We will definitely look into staying again in the future. "

"We really enjoyed our stay on the houseboat. Watching the sunset from the water was a beautiful and relaxing experience, and the entire trip made for a peaceful getaway. Our host was very responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had quickly. Highly recommend!"

"Would consider staying there again, but would first consider other alternatives. Pros - lots of room, 3 bedrooms, nice back porch, nice kitchen. Cons - showers bad, no pressure, hot water barely warm, towels well used, living room large, but only 2 chairs, no couch for family viewing of tv, little amenities like facial tissues would have been nice. Also on a noisy street at night, and a long walk > 1 mile to town square, which is center of the town. That last sentence summed up the biggest...
