"This house was perfect for our family of 7- all adults. There was plenty of space and the floor plan was great to allow everyone their own space as needed. We have rented many houses, condos, cabins and this was the first to have some food items on hand in case we needed it. The only thing I would suggest is to bring any plastic bowls with lids that you might need. With 7 of us, we did need them. However, Dollar General isn’t far and it is cheap. "Really pretty property with several amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Cozy and comfortable and felt like a home rather than a rental. We hosted some local family for a cookout and had everything we needed to prepare a big dinner. Neighbors were very friendly. The kayaks were a great addition as well. "

"This was a perfect location for our family to meet with friends from out of town. The house has a luxurious cabin feel, and there are plenty of spaces for people to spread out and play games or talk. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, which made it easy for us to cook up some favorite meals. The property manager was friendly and responsive to questions we had. The floors could have been cleaner when we arrived, and I'm sure they would have taken care of that if we'd contacted them about it,...

"We were so impressed with the attention to detail. We stay with VRBO atleast 1 a month and this property is one of our favorites. These owners really take the extea step to make you feel at home. All the extras were so appreciated. Especially all the coffee cups! We stayed here for a weekend while fishing Rend Lake. Loved little town of Benton. Everyrhing you need close by. We will be back! "Our family stayed at this lakefront property for a short weekend getaway to do some hiking near Garden of the Gods. The property was clean and spacious with plenty of activities for the kids and room for everyone to have their own privacy as well. Would recommend this place for small groups or families! "

"We had a blast at this comfortable home. We didn’t so much but lounge around, playing games and eating. The kitchen was well stocked and we never felt like we didn’t have anything we needed. The bath towels were luxurious and not those thin towels hotels use. Would have liked a softer lamp or something in the living room as the only light came from the overhead ceiling fans. I can see where this place would be great for a summer vacation!"
