"Host is incredibly friendly and accessible via WhatsApp. Stayed in the private apartment and was in love with the patio which faces the mountains and sunset. Space is modern. clean, and super cozy. Also stocked with some great coffee and South American wines. "

"I don’t have words to describe this place, it is like heaven on Earth. We are sad to leave. We will come back.The house has absolutely everything we needed. Also a gentleman named Manu was very kind and showed around and took us for a wonderful night tour."

"We had to change last minute and the Villas Macadamia had a casita. Turned out to be the best place we have stayed. Plenty of space for the whole family, close to town and quiet. "

"Host was amazing. We had car trouble on the way and he helped us translate with the roadside assistance gentleman and made sure we were taken care of once we did finally get to the house at midnight. Ugh Excellent communication and extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!"

" I’m very picky about cleanliness so I chose this cabin because I could see while blankets & towels in the pictures & they didn’t disappoint me! All was perfectly clean & organized The mattress & pillows were very comfortable. Someone said it was hard to locate the place but just following Waze or Google maps we made it to their parking with no problem. "The property was as described and was a nice mix of some modern renovations along with a vintage feel. We loved how it was tucked away under the large trees, and the children absolutely loved the daily monkey visits. "This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the action in Monteverde. We booked it in order to be close to Selvatura park for zip lining. It has a great view and Evelyn was very communicative and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The kids loved waking to the howler monkeys in the morning and watching all of the hummingbirds on the property. Highly recommended!"
