"Perfect for a family stay! Living room had plenty of seating for playing board games and watching a movie together. Dining room table comfortably accommodated our family of 8. Spacious kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving. There's a primary suite with bath and large closet on the lower level and a full bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs (two with Queens and a daybed with a pullout that sleeps two). "I had a nice stay at this property. The home was spotless, maintained well, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close enough to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was good, they were responsive made check in and check out simple. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that made me a bit nervous was the shower situation. I think if you have mobility issues, you will have difficulty getting up and down out of the shower. "

"We had a lovely stay here! Just perfect size for my husband and I and later, for my son and I, with our dog. Our hosts were so so gracious and added personal touches throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, simple, nicely decorated, has a private entrance and fenced in back yard for the dog, close to walking trails and parks. I did lots of cooking here in the full kitchen. I would tent this VRBO again. Thank you to our hosts for helping us feel at home!"

"We loved our tiny home stay! Martin, our host, was very kind and accommodating, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us, rural with beautiful nature and mountain views, but no more than 15 minutes from a suburban area with a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The home was cozy and comfortable. We loved morning coffee on the deck. When we come back to the area, we would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed for a USAFA event. It is a bit far from USAFA compared to some other locations, but never took more than 30 mins to make the drive (it was a weekend so rush hour not a factor). The owner made personal contact (not a faceless big company property), and showed interest in our comfort/enjoyment. What more can you ask of a host? "

"Clean and a great size for four of us! Owners were great with communication. We loved that there were snacks sitting out and coffee and tea available. There were also many other amenities available - shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste/toothbrushes, laundry and dish soap. It all made for a great stay! Couch and beds were all comfy."
