Platte South house has 2 Bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower tub and tub has soothing jets for a quick soak.

Central Air Conditioner and Central Heat. Both bedrooms have Doctor's Choice Queen Beds and comfortable bedding.

Large pretty Landscaped and fenced in backyard, safe for pets and children.

GE Washing machine and dryer available inside house. Large stainless steel Refrigerator and freezer with front door ice maker and purified water system. Easy walk to 3 Fun Parks with playground/basketball/pickleball and tennis court.

The house was just as advertised and very comfy. The yard was plenty secure for our furry friend and the neighborhood was nice for frequent walks. For those wanting to run their dogs, there are numerous dog parks nearby. The house is also within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and breweries. Would definitely stay again.

Great home for our weekend getaway. Has all the amenities you’ll ever need and close to all downtown shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive to emails and txt messages. Pets are welcomed there and that was a huge plus for our pick. You won’t be disappointed.

This is an incredible place to stay. Location. Location. Location. We loved being able to walk to and around Old Colorado City. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and much much more. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete our full stay at the home because of an issue with the hot water heater. The owner was upfront, transparent, helpful, and very apologetic about the timing of the issue but obviously, that was completely out of her hands and we totally understood. She did her best to rectify the situation and we appreciated all that she did! We will try again on a future visit to the area!

Cute bungalow

This place is in a great location- close to a bunch of fun activities and sights. Fun bar and restaurant scene are close, too. The place was clean and the owner thoughtfully appointed for all the things you’d like want to have. Great spot.

I loved this place, totally felt like a home away from home. It was nicely updated, my friend could not stop talking about how everything you could possibly need was provided, and the beds were very comfy! Christina was a great communicator, and gave us parking options because we showed up during Territory Days over Memorial. Seems like all of Colorado Springs came to the celebration. My friend and I are over 60, and this place is situated easily within walking distance of Old Colorado City. Thanks again Christina, I would definitely love to stay here again!

A Gem! 10/10!

4 adult family members stayed in this home for a wedding weekend. We had wonderful time! The house is absolutely charming, clean and comfortable. The character of this home puts a smile on your face. The backyard was private and had plenty of relaxing shade. We took many walks throughout the neighborhood and to the nearby shopping/eating area. We felt safe. Bonus that it is pet friendly. The fence is very secure and the yard is perfect for doggies. 10/10!!

Perfect Location

I absolutely loved the location. It was quick and easy to get to Manitou, Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs. I felt safe in the home, neighborhood and everywhere I visited. I was a lone female traveler so I want other lone females to know it is a great area. The house was very clean and had everything I needed within reach. You can tell the owners care about this property. I have been in VRBO homes where the deeper cleanings are skipped and it shows. This house had clean baseboards, blinds, doors, cabinet fronts etc. I very much appreciated that kind of cleanliness and love for the property. Communication, check in and check out were all very easy. And I was in disbelief when a couple of beautiful deer came prancing down the sidewalk right in front of me while getting out of the car at the house. So drive carefully and slowly, especially at dusk and dawn. I look forward to returning to the area and would absolutely rent this home again.

Great Stay

Loved staying here. Close to town, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs! Enjoyed relaxing in the backyard. Our two kids enjoyed it as well and it had everything we needed for an easy stay! Thanks Christina for great communication and allowing us to check-in early! Would definitely recommend!
