For bookings over eight guests we offer substantial discounts. If you are looking for a fabulous, warm, spacious and comfortable home for a family vacation, this is your BEST CHOICE. Fun activities inside and outside. If you are business traveler looking for a retreat or a business meeting, we have comfortable spaces for meetings with large Fire TV's for video presentations, a separate and private office fully equiped with excellent WIFI, printer/scanner/fax machine, and office supplies supplied. (Dads wil love it.)

Our home has a large and fully equipped kitchen attached to a GREAT ROOM to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. That alone will save families hundreds of dollars. We have fabulous theme rooms full of fun and rare decorations. As far as inside activities we have a pool table, ping pong table, an exciting Arcade game. Outside activities include a large patio with ample seating, grill, gardens and lot's of lawn for the children to play on.

As far as our neighborhood we are located in the Historic Old North End which is centrally located, near downtown, Colorado College and easy access to I-25. Our front yard is Colorado Springs most beatiful public park: Monument Valley Park which includes a river, Pickle Ball courts, public pool, hiking/biking trails, picnic tables and playground for your children.

An important heads up. We charge person per night. We also have guest minimums and length of stays minimums during our high seasons and major holidays. These minimums are firm but flexible and determined at the time of the booking request.

Parties and events are prohibited due to City Codes. Our neibbor's and neighborhood's privacy and security is a TOP PRIORITY. Excessive noise and disturbances will not be tolerated. Non paying guests are NOT ALLOWED to spend the night because our liability insurance will not cover them.

The title says it all; this home is gorgeous. It is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. There are plenty of things to do inside the house (pool, ping pong, etc), and it is well-appointed for cooking and socializing. Communication with the owner was prompt, check-in was easy, and they followed up to ensure we were settled. We will definitely be back!

Great house for so many people. We were in town for son’s wedding at Garden of the Gods. The 6 bedrooms worked great for our family. Amazing kitchen and while I didn’t think we would use the games, we did! The home was warm at times (especially in the upstairs on suite bedroom) and odd there is no privacy in the huge primary bathroom.

This place was awesome! We hardly left the house. It was so nice. The spacious house is house full of awesome games, books movies and music. Gorgeous backyard, huge kitchen, and lots of comfortable space to relax. We will definitely Come back!

Just as advertised. Stayed for a family trip with my adult children and grandkids (10 of us in total). Plenty of room for everyone. House is full of charm. If vacationing in the Springs area I would definitely stay there again. It was clean, easy to access, and we felt safe. Huge kitchen. Tons of beds. The house is decorated with a lot of character. No issues to note. Worked great for large family vacation.

Family gathering

This was a perfect setting for a family gathering. The house has several seating areas so you have a variety of spaces to spread out. The back yard is private and charming. The home is in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in COS, and it is delightful. The host is very kind, and leaves you to enjoy his home. Very welcoming house. Highly recommend.

Nice Location!

Beautifully spacious house with plenty of room. The best part was the proximity to EVERYTHING you’d want to do in Colorado Springs. Loved the landscaping, niche artifacts and decor that adds interest to this historical stay. Also, if you aren’t from a place with attic fans and it gets warm upstairs, turn it on!

BEST VRBO EVER

I gave all 5 star reviews except for accuracy of listing-and the only change I would make is that it is a 6 (not 7) bedroom with a queen bed in a loft. I would give it more than 5 stars on everything else!!! Property manager was awesome and made sure you understood instructions on how to get in. Any questions you had, he answered immediately. Such a clean and beautiful house and neighborhood!!!

Beautiful home for a stay

This property is very unique and beautiful. It was just myself and my husband and we had more than enough room. This house reminded me of the Home Anole movie. It has some very unique and historic features that are really interesting. We really enjoyed playing the Bally Spinner game. The only thing I would suggest is to get new shower heads. When you are on vacation, you want a luxurious shower with great water power.
