The Best VRBO In Colorado Springs. Our Reviews Prove It. Near All The Venues

We have a two guest minimum part of the year and a four guest minimum during our high season (May through October,) Major Holidays and Events. Better Homes and Gardens Featured Home. We are set up for large families and group business travelers. Located in Colorado Springs best and safest neighborhood, the Old North End. Six blocks north of Colorado College and 12 blocks north of downtown. Right across the street from Monument Valley Park with bike, walking and running trails, new Pickleball courts, swimming pool and playgrounds for children. Close to I-25 which gives you quick access to all of Colorado Springs. Two master bedrooms with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other. Five additional bedrooms with seven queens and two doubles. One master bedroom and regular bedroom are located on the main floor for guests that cannot navigate stairs. Three and a half bathrooms. Ping Pong and Pool Tables and Poker Arcade Game our guests use. This home is a wonderful gathering place for family getaways, reunions, funerals, graduations and vacations. Large and cool backyard with patio and grill.
WE CHARGE PER GUEST PER NIGHT. Discounts are available for bookings over eight guests. Nonpaying guests are not allowed to spend the night because our liability insurance doesn't cover them. City Code does not allow large events and parties.
Repeating, during high season (May-October) and the major holidays and events we reserve the right to have minimum guests requirements and days booked requirements. As an example we won't accept a one guest booking during our high season, events and on holidays.

Nice Location!

Beautifully spacious house with plenty of room. The best part was the proximity to EVERYTHING you’d want to do in Colorado Springs. Loved the landscaping, niche artifacts and decor that adds interest to this historical stay. Also, if you aren’t from a place with attic fans and it gets warm upstairs, turn it on!

BEST VRBO EVER

I gave all 5 star reviews except for accuracy of listing-and the only change I would make is that it is a 6 (not 7) bedroom with a queen bed in a loft. I would give it more than 5 stars on everything else!!! Property manager was awesome and made sure you understood instructions on how to get in. Any questions you had, he answered immediately. Such a clean and beautiful house and neighborhood!!!

Beautiful home for a stay

This property is very unique and beautiful. It was just myself and my husband and we had more than enough room. This house reminded me of the Home Anole movie. It has some very unique and historic features that are really interesting. We really enjoyed playing the Bally Spinner game. The only thing I would suggest is to get new shower heads. When you are on vacation, you want a luxurious shower with great water power.

Team conference

5 adults stayed in town for a conference. Super easy to downtown and everyone had their own room and bathroom for the most part. Would do it again!

Spacious and Fun

Our stay was wonderful at The Best VRBO In Colorado Springs. It was easy to find, the house had plenty of space and we enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table. We even had a mini pool tournament on our last evening there. I had two 16 year olds who were entertained the whole time by the fun extras this house had to offer. The mountain view from the driveway (and one of the bedrooms) was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect, it was close to everything for us. We only had four people in our group which left us with plenty of space in the home to spread out and not drive each other crazy. But one thing I want to mention is that if you have a smaller group like we did, not all bedrooms will be unlocked/usable. Which is completely understandable, but just thought it was worth mentioning so others won't be surprised. We did ask the property manager to come unlock one bedroom due to a misunderstanding and he was accommodating and prompt. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful home.

Best VRBO have ever stayed at

We are a group of writers getting together for a weekend workshop. We selected Michael's home based on a review from a previous large group. We could not have been happier! The house is just perfect for a large group. Multiple large bedrooms and bathrooms AND each bedroom had one or more queen beds. Not just a bunch of twins, bunks or foldouts that so many supposed "large group" properties have (across rental platforms).The kitchen was fabulous. Wonderfully equipped. Even an entire drawer of seasonings and spices that is a result of guests' "paying it forward" -- which is the distinct vibe of the home.So much space in various configurations made it so nice to enjoy each other as a group or split off for personal time. And the greenspace/walking trails right across the street -- perfect.Plenty of lighting, outlets, towels, bedding, yada yada yada. So many places cheap out on supplies and make you feel like they assume you're gonna steal stuff. Just the opposite with Michael's home. Cleaning supplies, soaps, lotions, hand sanitizers, boxes of tissues, shampoo & cond in the showers, ... on and on. Right down to the qtips on the bathroom vanities. We felt so comfortable and at home.And Michael is a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to help us out. We absolutely want to come back!Yes, I'm raving a bit. But I've stayed at *alot* of places and this is the best one yet. Your home enabled us to have an amazing and hugely productive weekend. Thank you!

Best & most place in affordable in Colorado Springs

It was in the perfect location for me. Quick and easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Old Town Colorado, Manitou Springs and many other places. If your stay there you need to try out Ziggys Coffee and if your in need of automotive service I highly recommend Christian Brothers on Rockrimmon Blvd. Right across from Ziggys.

Home for the Holidays

Property was exactly as listed and represented. House was located in a lovely part of town. Great value. Large rooms were clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed. Communications with Michael were straightforward and clear. We enjoyed an eight day family reunion in Colorado Springs. Host had decorated for the holidays, complete with lighted Christmas tree which was a welcome touch. We would not hesitate to rebook on another visit.

Very comfortable for a few families

I stayed there with 3 families and it was very comfortable for all groups. There were a few issues that got sorted out very quickly. Michael was very fast to respond to any issues or questions we had. I would stay again!

Perfect House in Great Location

We wanted a house in Colorado Springs that was in the city, but private, and close to all the things we wanted to do. We spent a lot of time in the house just hanging out. The ping-pong and pool tables were a lot of fun and we used them a bunch. The arcade style ball game was a lot of fun too. Once we figured out scoring we played round after round trying to get a perfect score. The kitchen was well-equipped and the house was incredibly spacious. The neighbors we ran into were friendly and the neighborhood is really quiet. The nearby park was great to play in after it snowed. We would 100% recommend this property and would stay there again. The only thing to note is that there were a few pictures we took down during our stay. But other than that we had zero issues with the property. The host was readily accessible, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever invading our privacy.

Home away from home

This home is beautiful, spacious, and very well kept! It was only my husband and I on this vacation, but we couldn’t pass up the amount of space we had and the price. We absolutely loved staying here and will hopefully bring the whole family next time!

25th Year Was Wonderful!

For ¼ centuries, our group of women has been spending a week together in some location. This year, we chose Colorado Springs and this great house. The 8 of us had plenty of attractive rooms to cook, eat, talk, play Mexican Train, watch a movie, and sleep. The location made getting to restaurants and sights easy. The host was more than gracious and helpful. It is one of the best houses we have rented. Highly recommended!

A very cosy stay

Almost everything about this property and visit were perfect. The main issue was that the property listing states 7 bedrooms, which we searched for, since we had a group of 7 adult couples and searched for a property so everyone could have their own room. Unfortunately, there were only 6 private bedrooms and a fold-up bed in a common area. If this had been related properly, we would have picked a different property with other amenities that were available. There were plenty of beds and the house was clean and great location and was a great house, we were just counting on everyone having their own private room.
