– Property Notes –
To ensure a comfortable stay, please note the following:
• We provide 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
• No pets are allowed at this property.
• For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days ($25/inspection at guest expense). Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
• Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay (e.g., trash collection, yard work, plant care).
Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
•Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
•Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
•Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery
