Resort located in the heart of Colorado Springs

  • Beautiful views in a full and private basement apartment that is newly remodeled. Granite, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, laundry with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Charm of a wood burning fireplace, private use of a saltwater spa, charcoal grill, private patio with firepit and much, much more. Private entrance, offstreet parking in a high end Jo neighborhood that is beatiful, safe and convenient. Close to the Airforce Academy, Garden of the Gods and I-25.

    We have a wonderful long term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. Thanks for understanding!

Our place was perfect and very cozy. Very clean had everything we needed. Enjoyed using the hot tub in the mornings. Host was very quick to answer any questions and willing to come fix anything we couldn’t figure out. Highly recommend to anyone traveling there.

Great getaway

Everything was lovely and we had everything we needed for a weekend trip. The hot tub was especially nice after hiking. Hosts were great and communicative, very lovely stay. Also got to see deer every morning outside, which was cool.

We loved the location. It was close to everything. There were extra supplies like toilet paper and paper towels, which made it very convenient not needing to run out to the store right away.

Wife and son and I stayed here when bringing my son out to USAFA. Excellent location, hot tub, fire pit, wildlife wandering thru property, and very comfy beds. Excellent place to rest and cry after handing our youngest off to Uncle Sam

This was a very comfortable place to live for a few days. It is well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking -- very good hill exercise and great views! Steve and Ann are very attentive hosts. If you stay here, you won't be disappointed with the property, the beautiful area, or the friendly efficiency with which your stay is managed.

Very nice spot

We loved it here. My wife, son and I visited for a long weekend and found the place comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and fire pit and the location to plenty of good activity, restaurants and more. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay for a Birthday

We had a wonderful time staying here for our little guys first birthday. The house is in the perfect location and very relaxing. Ann and Steve were so accommodating and kind, they really made our stay wonderful. Wed definitely stay here again!

Excellent and welcoming hosts! Wonderful property in a fabulous neighborhood. We felt extremely safe. This would be an excellent location for female travelers. The only thing I was hoping for was an actual full-size oven in the kitchen, but I worked around its absence. The place was sparkling clean and we are picky about cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. Steve and Ann were wonderful hosts and we are grateful that their listing and pictures were true to the property. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again if we return to Colorado!
