  • Close to all the great attractions, this house will immediately make you feel right at home when you walk through the door! The Cottage at The Woodburn Bungalows is a turn-of-the century, renovated home and has everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully renovated with heated floors.

    This cozy home is uniquely designed with interesting nooks and bedrooms that you will find super charming! The main floor features the bathroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the necessary utensils, cookware, a large selection of spices and complimentary coffee, creamer, sweetener, and tea. Follow the stairs leading to the laundry room and garden level bedroom. The lower bedroom has French doors that open onto the patio and nicely landscaped backyard.

    A washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

    We are pet-friendly and accept up to two small to medium-sized dogs! No cats please. For special situations, please get approval from us before booking. Thank you.

    This home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Whether you want to stay for 3 nights or 30, we would love to have you! For stays longer than 30 nights, please inquire! Book for 7 nights and receive a 15% discount!

Great little spot and great location. Owner answered any question I had very promptly. Only thing I didn’t like was the parking. If you have a full size vehicle it’s pretty hard to get in and out. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and would come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The space was spotless and very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, which made everything stress-free. When I needed to reach out to the hosts, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Cajuns in Colorado!

Perfect little place us and our two little dogs. The backyard and dog run are great and the dogs enjoyed themselves. If we return to this area we will definitely book again.

Quirky cabin in a great location

We loved staying in this quirky cabin. It is centrally located and easy to hop on the freeway to be able to explore many great spots in Colorado Springs. It is also close to some fun bars/restaurants.

great location. the cottage was very clean and well equipped. However, the AC situation could use an upgrade and throw in a few games i.e., board games, puzzles, lawn games.to wrap it up. we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and Comfy Cottage

We had an amazing time in Colorado and absolutely loved the cottage, including out fur babies who loved the back yard. The cottage had everything we needed to feel at home. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location - near many of the sites we wanted to see. Most everything we needed was there. Nicely landscaped and decorated. We would highly recommend it.

We loved this little home! We came to visit family and sight see! It was perfect, close to everything, and the back yard was great! We had a family bbq and enjoyed a beautiful evening in the back yard!

Family visit

Great place to stay while helping my daughter after birth of my grandson. My granddaughters are 3 and 5 so after spending all day cooking and cleaning, it was a relaxing place to come home to.

Best dog-friendly rental ever

The location is within minutes of numerous fun things to see and do as well as places to dine. Many nice quality touches throughout the home, particularly the well equipped kitchen. Back yard was perfect for our dog, who enjoyed his best vacation ever.
