Unbeatable location with Colorado mountain town charm. We never regret staying here on the nostalgic main strip,right in the middle of all the action! Beds are super comfy and the apartment is just as described. Manitou is not to be missed, owner is great to communicate with.

The place was cute, clean, and conveniently located. It was easy to find, and we had a great time while in Manitou. Lots of ships and restaurants to explore downtown.

The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and would recommend it to anyone. We will be back. We loved it.

Wonderful location and the balcony overlooking downtown was a treat! It's a fun and funky old building and the apartment is very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is centrally located with parking so you can leave your car and walk or take the free shuttle anywhere in town and also to the Pikes Peak Cog Railroad. Communication with Jeff is great. It was very clean and had plenty of soap and shampoo. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

This apartment is in a prime location on the Main Street with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It has everything that you might need for your stay. Clean and the King bed is comfortable.

The apartment was beautiful, cutely decorated, and wonderfully located. We absolutely loved the apartment and the proximity to local shops!

We had a great time walking around town. The space had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Balcony was a favorite spot.

Colorado Experience

Fun little town and this location is central to it all. Also worked as a great home base for our various excursions out. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group and provided all of the basics we needed for our stay.

The apartment is in an amazing spot with convenient parking for exploring downtown MS as well as surrounding areas like CS, Pike's Peak, and more. Owner is very helpful and friendly, and the apartment is clean and comfortable.

Convenient location for vacation in Manitou

Beautiful views and nice location, I will say the main bedroom is very light even at night, so if you like dark when sleeping they do make portable blackout curtains which would fix it . Great place would stay again
