We loved staying at this beautiful, clean home! Close to everything we needed and very comfortable.

Wonderful!

My friends and I loved the proximity to hiking trails and downtown Colorado Springs. The place was clean, comfortable, beds for everyone! The kitchen had everything we needed for a collective dinner, and grocery stores are five minutes away. Host was responsive when we had questions. We will come again for our annual girl's trip!

Perfect Location, cozy house

My group of six had the best time in Colorado Springs! Between all the hiking, food options, and getting some sleep in, we agreed that we'd need another week to fully enjoy all that this area has to offer. The house was comfortable with an expansive open kitchen/ living room upstairs, and less formal hang out space in the basement. While it did run a little cool in the basement, we appreciated the clean cold air after hours in the hot Colorado sun. The owners have provided lots of comfy couches that the kids ended up turning into beds in the basement to create the perfect scary movie watching space. I'll have to train a little more so that I can conquor the manitou incline on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This place has potential to be better, but our stay was riddled with filthy ceiling fans, cruddy vents, and leftover food in the fridge. While all the queen and king beds were comfortable, the twin beds were practically cots. Do not book this place if you plan to do more than sleep, wash laundry, and shower. The common areas either have rickety chairs or a couch with barely any padding (more like a bench than a couch). The downstairs living room had 2 loveseats that looked like they were drug in from a curb somewhere. Last thing to note is the unevenness of the AC, so if you go downstairs bring blankets with you! I communicated with the host through the Vrbo app and they quickly responded. While the host (Evolve) was apologetic and refunded one night because we left early the next morning disgusted, they did not see fit to refund for the cleaning they didn't do. We still paid quite a bit for a one-night stay that ruined our vacation plans. Although Evolve itself has terrible reviews, very minor upgrades to this house would make it a great stay. Buy better furniture, Evolve, because comfort matters!
