"I booked one of the rooms that had access to the courtyard on the ground floor. It was nice to have the option to sit outside, although people did walk by outside. We were able to take our luggage out through the courtyard to our car without having to pull it upstairs to the check-out desk and then downstairs to the street. Chuck (?) was very helpful. The breakfasts were were fresh and filling. We had omelets, bacon, muffins, croissants with jams and butter, yogurt and fruit, juices and coffee....

My room was stock with what I needed and very comfortable. It was great having the kitchen! I took off 1 star on Maintenence only because the curtains in the bedroom were not hung correctly (the "pull" wand to close the curtains was not attached to the curtains)....but the blinds worked and were sufficient. ...

The negatives- Our balcony doors would not lock or even seal up without tying bathrobe belts to the handles and to a table to keep tight seal on door that would keep out the road noise. The sofa was stained and dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad and had pee stains around base of toilet. The best part was the noise machine! Amazing amenity!"
