It was great, we stayed over Christmas so it was important that there was a tree and proper kitchen appliances available. Everything was clean and well kept and accessible to us. I’m so glad we chose this stay!

My husband and I had an incredible time! Beautiful quiet neighborhood, walking distance to coffee and town, and we used the fire pit every night which was wonderful and cozy. Master bed was very comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Colonial Beach

Had a great 4 day stay here! Very walkable to the beach with young children. Loved the location. More spacious in person then pictures show. Love the keyless entry for easy check in and not having to worry about taking key with when going out.

Great place in an amazing location

I loved everything about this place. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space inside and out. We loved the neighborhood and the convenience of being able to walk to so many places. We would LOVE to come back again!

Lovely!

A wonderful home with lots of room in a great location. Lots of care taken to make guests comfortable and that they will feel at home! Very walkable. Thoroughly enjoyable! Would definitely book again!

Spacious Cottage in Quiet Neighborhood

This "little" cottage had enough space for comfort and was in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was clean, well stocked and inviting. This was the perfect place for a ladies getaway retreat. We could walk just about anywhere we needed to be. 3-4 blocks from the beach and a few more from a small variety of restaurants. Can't wait to visit again!

Loved our stay

This was our first time at Colonial Beach. The house was just perfect for us. Very spacious and clean. The host was very kind and helpful. The beach was literally 2/3 minutes walk away. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard at night.

Fantastic location and awesome property owner!

We love the Colonial Beach area! This is our third vacation in the area and this house was fantastic. Great location with short walks to awesome restaurants and close to the water. The accommodations were very comfortable and the house was spotless. Marcie (owner) was very accommodating in changing our reservations at the last minute due a major snowstorm in mid-February, but we were easily able to shift our reservation to mid-March thanks to her flexibility and assistance. She left us some great St Patrick’s Day treats upon checkin. We will definitely be back again soon and hopefully this house will be available once more.Thanks again to Marcie, VRBO, and the Evolve team!
