"This hotel is not worth the expensive night stay they are charging. We checked in and were given a room that was obviously not properly cleaned. The room smelled like raw sewage and there was nothing done to mask or assist with the terrible smell. There were crumbs of food and hair everywhere. We requested a different room and were given a different room of a smaller category than our original booking but were not offered a refund of the price difference by the hotel. "日本人の方へ、ここはホテルと書いてありますがホテルではないです。
そう思う理由:
① フロントありません。
② ジムなどの施設ありません。
③ シーツ、タオルの交換ありません。
④ 掃除もしてくれません。
言ってみれば、エアビー/寮みたいな施設で、予約すると鍵のピンコードをメールで送ってきます。
横にアジア系飲食店(ベトナミーズ、チャイニーズ)があるのは便利だが、目の前の広場にホームレスがたむろしてます。それを見ると、治安が良いようには見えません。
それと、ケルン駅から近いと書いてありますが、徒歩です。30分弱です。
何度も書きますが、ここはホテルではありません。そこだけは気をつけてください。"

"This hotel can only tell you if you can use there indoor parking on the day you will check-in. So you cannot reserve a parking spot before hand. This made us drive around for an hour to find a safe parking space in the neighbourhood.
Also, the name of the hotel is not written on the building. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a 45 story building.
There is no one to check you in. You have to check-in at a kiosk.
After entering the room, the bed was not made and there were no clean towels which...
