Composed of a main room with a sofa, a kitchen area - 2 vitro hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave - and a dining area. A bedroom equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed with large wall cupboard as well as a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and washing machine) complete this accommodation.
You will be 50 m from Avall beach in the suburbs and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of the city. Municipal paid parking lots nearby.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
- A pet is welcome: an extra charge of €18 per week will apply for their stay.

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
