"This was the first time i used VRBO. Typically, when we travel we stay in a hotel, which can be pricey for a family of five. I didn't know what to expect, but when i tell u i am never going back to hotel stays ever!....I mean it. The house was clean all the way throughout, the check in was simple and Renee and Jeremy the property owners have their stuff together. Would def rent from them again."

"We were in town for college graduation with extended family. The guest house was perfect for the older parents who wanted to retire earlier and not stay up all night talking with the rest of us. It was super clean and right behind the main house so they didn’t feel left out. How do I recommend. "

"We stayed at the cabin for my son's wedding. The house was cool! Loved the uniqueness of the cabin room. Very cozy and our adult children loved it. We used the pool table, and the back porch was nice to sit out on. The front living room was comfortable. The rooms were great, beds and pillows very comfortable. The location was close to everything yet felt private. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again! "

"My family and I were very impressed with the house and the area of the property. Enjoyed the reading material.The area was quiet and peaceful.My suggestions : 1) Add a coffee maker,2) maybe 2 televisions ( master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms)3) blinds in the living room an issue."

"I have stayed at Karen's properties many times in my frequent travels to Greensboro, and anticipate many more times to come in the future. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, had a lovely snack & coffee station, and was perfectly welcoming. I keep coming back to this as the perfect location, easy access to everything downtown but quieter than other spots I have tried. Karen is consistently a friendly and responsive host; one of the best I've encountered. I highly recommend booking...

"There were few minor issues, they have only one TV and two living rooms so it would’ve been nice to have two TVs.The oven only works on broil when they have features of air fryer and bake, but it doesn’t work on those features.The ice machine on the refrigerator only gives you one cup of ice so with four adults we couldn’t get ice. I had to buy ice trays.Saw a few water bugs 4-5, crawling around had to kill them, thank God the house had bug spray. Scared the daylights out of my niece one was...
