"I was a little hesitant to book this property because of some of the reviews I saw but I honestly didn't have any issues. Once I booked, I started receiving communication from the property manager, I paid my fee and got my instructions all smooth. The place was clean, had everything I needed for my stay and there were several options for food nearby. "

"The room was amazing Abdul was a great host, the bed was comfortable, the living room was amazing we had an extra tv, we played games he left out and a amazing bottle of wine it was surly one of the best rooms I ever been in and I will love to revisit one day thank you again and everyone reading I 100% recommend this spot"

"There were 6 of us staying for a family reunion in the Philly area. Our other relatives live close by so this was the perfect suburban location in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is beautifully renovated with high end finishes and sparkling clean. My uncle & aunt, cousin and his wife stayed in the 2nd floor bedrooms. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. "It’s a lovely, well stocked, and comfortable home. We would happily rent this property again!"

"This stay was okay but not as expected as compared to other Airbnb accommodations. It was chosen due to the number of bedrooms for a family gathering. There was ample space, however with so many things amiss this stay was challenging. We will not be back. First off, when we arrived it was a hot day and management did not set ac at a minimum so it was too hot in the house and took hours to make it comfortable. There was also a broken door jam so a bedroom door would not close. How could this be...
