"Liked that it was close to colosseum and other attractions we were able to walk to. The room was attractive, clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Liked that it had a small lounge at entry with coffee machine. The elevator didnt always work, but it worked when we had luggage,haha. Showers were great also. Our host Francesco was kind, informative, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay."

"Great location, very close to the historical sites (under a 10-minute walk), restaurants, public transport and a supermarket (2-minute walk). The apartment was just as advertised, it was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment building was clean, well maintained and quite. We were provided with really clear check-in instructions (as we arrive late evening)."

"Not worth the money. You will wake up to construction every morning at 7am. The rooms need to be repainted. The mould in the shower should be fixed. I booked a jr suite and I was catfished. The quality of the room for what you pay is not worth it. The staff are good, restaurant is way over priced and not worth it. I would not recommend. For the same price stay at the St. Regis or intercontinental."

"Excelente opción para quedarse en Roma, cerca de Termini, de transporte público, de bares, tiendas y restaurantes, el personal es muy atento, las camas con cómodas, hay agua caliente, tiene aire acondicionado, la verdad es una súper opción, si bien no tienen elevador, ellos mismos van a subir las maletas. PROS: Nice room in a good location-clean and safe with a mini-fridge, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a good shower, filtered water cooler at the entrance, Nespresso coffee maker. Transfers from the airport or cruise port were arranged for an additional cost. The Colosseo Metro stop is an easy walk away. CONS: The room felt stuffy to us, but there was a lot of noise outside if we opened the...

"Everyone was wicked nice!!! Old building, but rooms and lobby have been renovated so well that it didn’t feel old. Conveniently located to walk anywhere we wanted to go. "

"The hotel was conveniently located. Steps away from Colosseum. We can walk to all landmarks except Vatican City. Hotel staff were super friendly and informative. There were a bunch of restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was great! Don’t forget to take advantage of their complimentary classes/tours!"

"Very ideal location if you are looking to visit the main sites. We were surprised by how comfortable the bed was. Only downside we experienced was a nearby bar was pretty loud at night. My husband and I would stay again."

"Irregular shaped tiny room. Bed pinned against the wall - not good for a couple. Checkin process it through WhatsApp and we waited too long for response in an apartment lobby. There are 4-5 rooms in part of an apartment building that's not well maintained. While overall bathroom is big, the shower stall was irregular space and small! While it's only .7km from termini station, the walk back is uphill and not practical. Too much noise from the street - people and traffic. Overall it was clean....
