The room was clean, good water pressure, but the smell of deodorizer or cleanser was a bit strong and we thought it would eventually diminish. "I had to leave just an hour after checking in. The sheets were dirty and had hair from previous guests. I asked the front desk for another room, but the second room had the same issue and also a strong, unpleasant cleaning odor. I’m currently working with Expedia to get a refund because the hotel conditions were unacceptable, and I ended up having to go out at night to find a different place to stay."

"The location was nothing like the pictures on the site. The a/c unit leaked. The towels in the bathroom were not washed properly. They had dirt stains on them. I killed two roaches in the room. I didn’t even have food in the room. The fridge barely cooled the bottle water I had in there. The bed was very uncomfortable.The property was full of dog poop. The only good thing was the location. It was really close to the university."

Check in was nice. The room was cold and clean. Room was cleaned everyday. 2 TVs are always a plus. Breakfast was good and the attendant was really nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Denton or surrounding cities."

"I have no idea how the reviews for this hotel is accurate. My opinion they were paid for. When arriving around 11:00 pm the front desk the gentleman was very friendly. That is the only thing I say that is good. Elevator wasn’t working, dirty walls and missing tiles on floors, When we arrived to our room there was a big square plastic container under the air conditioner.
