"We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment more inviting than the photos would indicate. And its features--in the bathroom and kitchen--were state of the art. We loved the location and enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very helpful. It was a bit of a challenge taking luggage up 3 floors, but being above street level no doubt made it quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Really found this property to be good value. It was very close to downtown Moscow and right on the main road to Pullman. Lots of food and shops a short walk away. I would definitely rent again. "

"My friends and I rented this property to hold an old school slumber party! We played games, made dinner, had drinks, and just enjoyed each other’s company. The house was beautifully decorated and was so comfortable to stay in. It felt like a home away from home. The host was so responsive and was great!"

"Property had a great open interior, the kitchen was well stocked, very nice bedrooms, and it had things like a portable folding table for the patio. Host was very attentive when needed. Minor quibbles were no bar soap or kleenx. Oh, and what a view of the palouse hills."

"Here to have family together to celebrate daughter/grand daughter college graduation. Annie and Javad are super helpful. The place is wonderful and very clean. Enjoyed the cats watching us out the window too! ;-)"

"We came to visit our daughter at WSU and needed a place that was close, but not right in town. Came across this carriage house, and it was a great bet! Nice neighborhood and nice people all around, Robyn and Craig especially.The space is quaint and really well done. We enjoyed learning about the history of the property in the book which lines up with the character of the property. Hope to stay again in the future."

"The apartment was difficult to find. The address was straightforward, but finding the correct building and apartment number was a challenge. We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub.
