"Very clean, we had a small double room which was fine for a couple of nights, very modern and location was perfect. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water the local coop shuts on a Sunday at 4 so there is nowhere to buy water apart from the pubs. Would definitely stay again."

"Great stay. Thank you to Joy for her help and making such a great overnight stay for my fiancés 30th bday. Photos did not do the property justice it was so spacious including the ground floor balcony. We will be coming back and can’t wait. The food was great and so was the breakfast & pancakes!! The suites need more photos of the outside and the whole property could do with more signage it’s easy to get lost there are some signs but they’re not clear so we got lost a few times. If you’re...

"Roy and another young lady were there to check us into the two-level luxury room and very kind and helpful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. AC kept us cool in a heatwave. Excellent espresso maker and tea kettle. Refrigerator with real milk inside was a nice touch. Centrally located. Everything you could need easily walkable. "Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby."

"Good value in comparison to the hotel we usually stay in in Cheltenham. Good sized rooms and excellent facilities.
Only draw back is a lot of communication is via a central call centre rather than a reception."
