Waterline - Freycinet Holiday Houses

Waterline is an elevated and spacious three bedroom holiday house overlooking The Great Oyster Bay and is set back from the roadside. This property is proudly and professionally managed by Freycinet Holiday Houses.

Waterline has stunning ocean views from almost every part of this house, including views of the river mouth and Nine Mile Beach.

The living area is open plan and has floor to ceiling windows to ensure you have the best views. The lounge area has cathedral ceilings and is a beautiful feature of this house, as well as as Tasmanian timber flooring. There is a large screen TV and the open plan kitchen is well equipped.
The master bedroom is spacious with ocean views and direct access out onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and the third bedroom has a single bed and a single bunk set.
The bathroom has a separate shower to the bathtub. The toilet is also separate.
There is plenty of parking and free WiFi.

Enjoy relaxing out on the sundeck with a morning coffee or lunch in the sun while admiring the ocean view. You can also see the most beautiful sunsets from this property.
Sandpiper beach is only a 5 minute walk away down the waterfront track.
Waterline is perfect for a families, friends and couples.

Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and just lovely accommodation! Bed was really comfy and the heating kept us really cosy! We loved it here an wished we had a longer stay! Freycinet Holiday people were really great to deal with for our stay, fantastic experience all around! 😊

We were really excited to stay there… but contracted Covid before catching the ferry, so unable to travel. The terms of accommodation stated that there was no refund except in extenuating circumstances…. Apparently Covid does not fall into this category. The ferry and the other accommodation we booked were open to discussion and rescheduling at a later date. We didn’t expect a refund… but had hoped to stay here at the same time next year with even if we had had to pay more for the trouble or if they were unable to let it out when we had cancelled…. But no conversation was entered into. We believe it was not STAYZ that had control of the decision making, this was the policy of the property managers. Having said that we were able to get a friend to stay instead of us, she was very impressed with the accommodation… we are yet to find new accommodation for next year.

The house and the view were spectacular. We were very comfortable. The Tv didn't work but we didn't need it but it will need checking. Great utensils in the kitchen but would have been handy to have scissors. In all we highly recommend this place

We arrived late around 9pm and it was so lovely that the lights and heater were left on for our arrival as it was raining and cold! We couldn't find the TV remote, but that was ok as we didn't watch any tv. The views are beautiful, even on a rainy day. We truly enjoyed our stay and we're sad to leave

This was such a lovely place to stay with a great open plan lounge area with a view and well stocked kitchen. Unfortunately poured with rain all weekend when we stayed but we still got to see a couple of local attractions and pop down to the beach briefly.

Lovely accommodation.All that we needed for our 3 day stay. Only thing missing was a ‘Bodum’ (coffee plunger). Close to Freycinet National Park, and easy day trips to St Mary’s and Bicheno fairly close too. Thankyou to the owners for sharing your lovely home.

We loved our stay at Waterline. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The views were gorgeous and the whole place had a very serene ambience. I would definitely stay there again.

The view is just amazing! Better than expected. Property was well sound proofed but still could hear the sea. Clean, well stocked, and 5 minute drive to Coles Bay/ 15 mins to the National Park. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights at the end of the Easter holiday period - It was a great base to explore the beauty of Freycinet. The house was well appointed and made the most of its best asset - the amazing views over the Bay. We did spend a lot of time out on the deck. Bed was comfy enough too. The house had 2 extra rooms with plenty of beds so could be great for a larger family, although the bathroom situation might be a bit of a struggle for larger groups of friends.
