"Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised. He went away and returned stating he could not do anything as the manager wasn’t available, therefore, we had no option but to stay in rooms we had not booked. Shared kitchen was dismal, one...

"The staff was very friendly. They provided an extra pillow and blanket to make me extra comfortable. Check in was ready she convenient. Only owed $3.50 city tax. Room had full shower and comfortable but smaller bed. Would highly recommend and also in a very good area. Team minutes to the cathedral and the train station."

"Overall cleanliness was OK. The bathroom looked newly refurbished, however the shower caddy was rusty and the soap dispensers were empty. No parking but there is a car park behind the hotel, also from the road isn’t easy to spot as it looks like a restaurant from the front. Breakfast was OK, one choice of coffee only included in the price. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. "
