"We had an amazing stay at this property! The spacious kitchen was perfect for our family meals, and we loved having the backyard for our dogs to play in. The added bonus of a golf cart made it easy to get around the area and explore. The guest passes were incredibly convenient, especially for accessing the pool, which we really enjoyed.The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. "We had psuedo family reunion here and it was a good time had by all. Didn't really even leave the place. People came to see us! The pool was great and our primary hangout. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were provided for our large group, as we maxed out the place. Communication with the host was good as well. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit, likely next year, as we make this trip pretty much annually to see my wife's favorite uncle."

"Beautiful home with everything needed to make it enjoyable. Very clean and organized with anything you need in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed meals by the pool. The golf cart is perfect for getting around The Villages. We were traveling with 2 Mini Schnauzers and this was perfect. You would not know this place had ever had pets, it was so clean. Game room was fun for pool and table tennis. Very spacious and comfortable with 2 master bedrooms. We would...

"A perfect stay at the villages! Bruce and Jean went above and beyond to make our visit truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived,their attention to detail and generous hospitality was evident. The home itself was charming, immaculate, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need- whether it was a sun hat for strolling, golf clubs for the course, or bicycles to explore the neigborhood, They thought of everything which may our stay effortless and relaxing. "This was our Second visit to this amazing home. The host couldn’t be more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them the spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, and the outdoor kitchen along with the pool. It’s all top-notch. We love the pool and spent every afternoon in it."

"Beautiful patio and pool! The pool is absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed it! The house was perfect. We were ten people and were very comfortable. Excellent communication with Erica, the host. Highly recommend it!"

"The living room furniture was very comfortable! It had everything that we needed! Loved the location! Will definitely stay here again! "

"We enjoyed the property. The backyard is very secluded, and the neighbors are pleasant. We had an issue with road paving, but that was out of the hands of the property managers. The unit had a bit of usage damage, but that is expected in older units. I would recommend this location to others. The property manager was responsive to requests and inquiries."

"I cannot say enough great things about this property. Any questions I have are answered promptly and the property is beautiful. This was our second trip to this home and it won’t be our last. The pool is absolutely wonderful and the location is great."

"The house was furnished with everything you may need during your stay. Most importantly, Kevin (our host), was so hospitable and available for any questions we had. He even spent time with us when we first arrived and showed us all the main cart paths with the golf cart. To top it off, he arranged our transportation to the airport. Does it get much better than that? "
