"We were impressed with the size of the hillside room. The flooring was very nice with tile throughout. The bathroom was amazing! It had a very large shower with beautiful tile. The shower fixture needs adjustment, though some of the features on it weren’t working like the rain head. But the water is very hot. "The hot tub did not work, the water was too cold to get in. The carpets were staind, the side door to get in with my key did not work. This is the 2nd time Holiday Inn Express has disappointed me. "

"There is a steak house right next door. This hotel was nice and you can tell they are only trying to get better. The full aize fridge and microwave in room was great. The second room had a full size fridge and no microwave. Both rooms was clean. The outside windows could use a pressure washer. (Grandson likes the windows open during the day.). "We arrived on a Sunday for our first of four days. Went out of room Monday and returned to.find room had not been serviced. Spoke to front desk and was advised room service is every other day which i was not.aware of. I requested clean towels which were provided and inqas advised ro would be cleaned the next day per schedule. When returned later that day,Tuesday, room had not been cleared. I spoke to then same desk person who reported the housekeeper did notncome to work that day.i asked why...

"The hotel was clean. Hard to find the entrance because the parking lot was sandwiched in the “mile of cars” in Norman. Night manager took the $25 deposit in cash but it was not there when we checked out. Morning staff gave it back but it was obviously not the original deposit because the money was crumpled and independent from the envelope."
