"We had a wonderful short stay here. Very quiet and clean. There are plenty of windows so there's a lot of fresh air to be had and the view of the lake every day is amazing. The tavern is cozy, friendly locals, our host Brenda was very nice and accommodating. "

"Had an absolute great time. The property is very beautiful. Cabin is really cozy, however the bed situation needs some work. The bed in the basement is in a room in the basement with nothing in the room beside a bed and old basement smell. All the mattresses in the cabin are in extremely rough shape. Not a good sleeping experience. Lots of rules about where you can and can't go, put a vehicle, if you mess up a bed but don't sleep in it incurs fees, you have to bring your own firewood. Etc. just...

"No bedside tables or lamps in bedrooms, which meant getting up in a pitch dark, unfamiliar room to use the restroom; no mirrors other than bathroom with poor lighting; batteries in tv controller dead with no replacements; no ice available when we arrived and wanted a cold drink. Disappointing after paying over 300. Also having to check out by 10 am meant we couldn’t relax before heading to the college for activities that did not begin until noon . "Was nice but windows need updated as they let a lot of cold air in and shook making it hard to sleep. Hot Tub doubt you could get 6 adults in it. Used it the 1st night. Water temp the next night wasnt very hot and seem like it needed additional water in it."
