"First time at a bed and breakfast. Was happy with the amenities and the very helpful staff. Very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to stay again. Loved the baked oatmeal at breakfast."

"Just not the place to stay for my family"

"When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy."

"I think you need a real person to check guess in at night. Plus in the morning the front desk was on the phone the whole time. Even got in our why trying to get breakfast. She was more worry about her video call then the customers. Not a good stay at all.Plus there was firetrucks and everything there so it was hard to park to. Because a person set off fireworks."

"Hotel & area is beautiful. The hotel gives the historic feeling and vibe. The hotel cleanliness is not so great. House keeping could definitely do better with cleaning. Didn’t get a chance to try the food on the rooftop bar because they had no chef. Other than that the stay was pretty good"

"We were incredibly disappointed from start to finish. After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water. We informed the front desk and they said, "We're aware. It's everyone, not just you." They offered no timeline for...

"In-door pool was full size, legit. You could do laps if you were into that. Hot tub was ok. The outdoor patio off the pool was a very nice surprise. Elevators are small and slow. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked fine. Easy on and off Interstate 83. Being on Route 30 lots of access to places to grab a quick meal/eat. I would stay again. Staff that we encountered were all friendly and helpful."

"I stayed there a week. My only complaint is a massive one. The cleaning staff did not enter my room once to change out my garbage can bins, or change out my towels. I shouldn't have to contact the front desk for new towels or change out my trash bins. Mind boggling. It is obvious they are cutting corners in paying thr cleaning staff or they need to learn, this isn't India. It is the United States of America."
