Close To The City With A Farmhouse Feel!

This 400 SQFT studio has been designed to provide you with the comforts of an entire home with many eco-friendly features. It is a fusion of convenience and quiet within a natural setting. It was built to incorporate rustic, organic elements with contemporary features and to complement the surrounding Vermont beauty. Enjoy a view of the secluded backyard canopy from the back deck, or soak up the afternoon sun while feeling the breeze from the large front windows.

This cozy oasis includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a tranquil and open bedroom, a full bathroom, a heat pump, an electric fireplace, a private deck, and an entrance. It also has a washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and a great couch to lounge on! There is even an outdoor storage space. Enjoy the open, tiled shower with a rain bath fixture and custom lighting options throughout the space. Be prepared to relax!

We are located one mile from bars, restaurants, and the nightlife of Winooski, but also only three miles from downtown Burlington. In addition, Bayside Beach in Malletts Bay is just three miles to the North where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and pedal boats during the summer months. It is a short drive from The University of Vermont, Saint Michael’s College, the Burlington Airport, and a half-hour from some of New England's best skiing.

Enjoy the full comforts of your studio apartment with an outdoor porch seating area and a large backyard, perfect for picnics or afternoon bird watching! We live on the property in the main house with our 9 year old miniature doxy-poo and are always available if needed!

**We are located in the Airport flight track, which means planes are often passing over us throughout the day and F35 training flights pass over us on a weekly but inconsistent basis. **

Cabin and stay were excellent, and Morgan and Ashton were very friendly and accommodating hosts, including leaving some chocolate upon our arrival. The outdoor deck space is perfect for card games and eating outside, the kitchen appliances worked great and the kitchen was nicely stocked with the pots, pans, and utensils we needed, bathroom and living area were clean and organized, and nice accessible location to Winooski and Burlington. Would definitely recommend!

Suburb bungalow

This place is exactly as described and every little detail is thought out. The owners are so thoughtful, nice, and respectful. You honestly don’t need to worry about anything when staying here. Location is great—short drives to everywhere you would want to go in that area and close to the Winooski circle which has shops and food. Parking on premise. Very clean. Cant say enough nice things about the place and the owners!

Perfect Accommodations and Location

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The unit was as the pictures indicated. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. The unit has everything you would need for a short or long stay. The location is perfect, very close to UVM, downtown Burlington and highways. Morgan made everything easy. Would be happy to stay here again.

Adorable space - nice weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed studio space. It has a tiny house feel, but with full-sized stainless appliances, and elegant features including a luxurious bathroom.

Holiday Stay

My daughter and I enjoyed a relaxing stay at this lovely cozy carriage house. Even though the footprint was small, it was carefully designed with full sized appliances and all the comforts of home. The bathroom was spacious and loved all the natural light. We’re excited to be going back in a few weeks and spending the Christmas holidays at this welcoming retreat.

Well appointed apartment for two.

Winooski good location north of Burlington for a long weekend with some good restaurants and coffee shop. Convenient to bikeways in area. Airport close by might be a bit noisy for some folks.

Our second visit to this VRBO!
