"I arrived to Milan late and was greeted by hotel staff, offered help with my luggage. Room was beautifully decorated, quite large and had everything I needed for my one night stay. Restaurant on the lower level of the property had late night dinner option, staff was incredibly friendly, suggestions for my meal were excellent. "Muy bien conectada , enfrente pasa el tranvía la línea que te conecta a la grand central de trenes es una zona muy local con tiendas . Solo hay que prevenir con souvernis las tiendas de comida cierran temprano . Es un departamento que se comparte , las habitaciones tienen su acceso individual mediante cerradura eléctrica, muy seguras y tranquilas. Y el personal muy atento y responde rápido ."

"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "

"The hostel is okay. Unfortunately they do not have AC and the wifi was not working while I was there and I needed to work. The staff could not help since the outage affected them as well. There was a large puddle of water on the room’s bathroom floor even though it looked like it was just cleaned up. I checked out 2 hours after check-in in and moved elsewhere."

"Excellent location for exploring Milan. Hopped on the metro blue line from Linate airport then a 5 min walk to the apartment. The apartment was spotless, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the Duomo, the castle and the shops. Hosts were very responsive, easy to deal with and extremely helpful with recommendations as well as top tips for getting around. Would definitely recommend."

"If you're looking for an untraditional stay - this is definitely the place. The staff were very friendly and the room was very standard. However, it felt more like you were in a WeWork space because to get to the actual rooms you have to walk through a gallery, restaurant, gym/spa and then up some stairs (the electricity on the side of the building where the rooms are isn't working so the elevators don't work).
