"Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended "

"We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. "Our stay was a business leadership team retreat. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. We could all gather around the kitchen table to work and really enjoyed the outdoor space for down time. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could easily prepare all of our meals without going out. "Overall we enjoyed our stay. Easy Access - We received easy to follow instructions, and found the property simple to find and access.Comfortable - The cabin was cozy and comfortable, even for our large family. We were able to hang out and relax, or come and go to enjoy ourselves with other activities.Good Amenities - When at the cabin there were plenty of amenities to keep us occupied such as pool, air hockey, foosball, checkers, boardgames and TV. "A lovely place, closer to the places we wanted to visit like Chattanooga etc but not directly in town. The place was neat, access to pool and paddle board was nice, definitely a nice place for someone who likes to fish as well. "

"Location was perfect for what we needed. We were in Chatty for a long weekend for the Ironman. Parking was stressful our first day there but then we got lucky when the one free spot opened up. The condo is super cute and cozy."

"We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The hose was very responsive and we had no issue with the home itself. The only thing we could complain about was the neighbors who were blasting music quite loudly. Nothing the property owner could do about that.
