Our family enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered; foosball showdowns at least twice daily, music with a great ambience of the screened in porch, fire pit, grilling, coffee on the deck near the river, fishing nearby, friendly neighbor ducks and dogs. The cabins were easily accessible and very clean. Alex made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. And he made it known to reach out if we needed anything and was very quick at responding to...

"Our 12 year old grandson ran upstairs and claimed "his baseball bedroom" within a minute of arriving! He told all his teammates about the house and "his room" .. they were quite envious when they heard about it! We are so glad we were able to join his family for this fun time and found your home to stay in. Michelle had the whole house stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again when in the neighborhood!"

"Had to book another because there were not only communication issues with property management, but payment issues on their end. I cancelled the booking, but it still was showing I was staying when I was not. So can't say how it really is"

"We chose to stay here for a baseball tournament since Marion does not have many hotel choices. It was close to the fields and when our schedule changed the host was able to help us change dates. We will definitely be back. "

"The house itself was gorgeous and clean. Unfortunately the pool was unuseable, which we wete not told. But over all our stay was wonderful. We loved sitting on the decks and seeing the deer every night. I will rent from him again"

"This was everything we needed for our stay! Spacious, clean, and updated! Didn't spend much time at the house because of other activities on the trip but would have been a great place to also hang out and unwind. Great parking, safe and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back! "

"This was such a cute house in a great neighborhood. It was SO clean and had a good amount of amenities. We didn't have wine glasses so we bought a set of 4 and left them there! We highly recommend this place. "
