Entire Beach house in the heart of the Jetty!

Jetty Beach House is a restored 1920s original Jetty cottage, offering views over the Harbour to Mutton Bird Island.

Prime location just a short stroll to:
Jetty Memorial Theatre
Local bars-Element and the Pier Hotel
Cafes-Old Johns, Urban, and Supply
Restaurants-Seafood, Mexican, Italian, Asian, Indian, and European
Shopping village-supermarket, chemist, bakery, butchers, and newsagency

Cosy 100 year old home consisting of 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, small back yard with cottage gardens and BBQ area.
Sun filled enclosed sunroom with ocean views and sea breezes perfect for watching the day go by: search for whales on the horizon, enjoy a quiet drink, reading the paper or relax with one our many books from the library in the sitting area.
NB. House Colours may vary due to continuous painting.
House rules:
*Jetty Beach House is our home, please leave her as you find her (clean and tidy).
*We are surrounded by happy neighbours, therefore there is a strict NO party policy.
*Local Council stipulate a zero noice policy between 10pm-7am Monday-Friday and 10pm-8am on Saturdays & Sundays
*Our home is home to many, please consider the health of everyone and keep her a non-smoking environment.
*No pets

A delightful house - super cute and convenient

Extremely tidy and tastefully decorated with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Loved the location - 5 minutes to the jetty. Really pleasant and enjoyable stay

Great house near the Jetty. Close to cafes with shops just down the road. Walking distance to Jetty Beach. We are very happy that we chose the Jetty Beach House for our Coffs Harbour stay.

Great house for a peaceful break

Karen's house is perfect for a family break. The house is very comfy and has everything you need. The location is convenient however the master bedroom is a it noisy as overlooking Harbour Drive. Karen is super responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location

Lovely little house walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Very clean and tidy, with all the little added extras. This was our second stay and we will be back!

Wonderful home

The house was clean, fantastic gardens, great location to the jetty and cafes as well as to shopping centres and tourist attractions. Karen was very easy to contact and was a great host. We really enjoyed our stayed in such an amazing home. Our toddler really enjoyed the birds and flowers in the backyard.

Karen was a great help when we arrived and made sure we were happy with everything as well as made sure we knew where everything was . Beautifully decorated home , quality fitting throughout, great location close to everything. You won't be disappointed if you stay here .
