  • The Location - Emerald Views is located at beautiful Emerald Beach on the highest point of the headland ridge with sweeping views. Emerald Beach is surrounded by the Moonee Beach Nature Reserve and the Coffs Coast Regional Park which ensures its unique small coastal village atmosphere. An ideal destination for a family beachside holiday with three great beaches to choose from all in walking distance. A short stroll away are two great restaurants, one being award-winning Saltwater Cafe and Restaurant, a pizzeria, general store, hairdresser, video store and bottle shop. Supermarkets and larger shops are close by at Woolgoolga and Moonee, while Coffs Harbour is approx. 10 minute drive south.

    The Apartment - This lovely second floor apartment has been fully renovated to ensure a comfortable holiday experience while still maintaining its relaxed beach shack style. Living and dining areas are north facing with floor to ceiling glass capturing panoramic views of the beach, ocean and hinterland. Fully equip kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Beautiful polished floor boards throughout the whole apartment. Two bedrooms, one with queen bed, and the other with two singles. Modern bathroom. The large deck opens off from main living area, enjoy a family BBQ while admiring the view.

    Parking: Please note that the driveway on the right hand side of the property belongs to the downstairs neighbour. You can park parallel to the road at the left hand side of the property ensuring you do not park them in. Alternatively if you have two cars you can park on the grass in front of the left hand side of the property.

Relaxing stay at Emerald beach

This property is comfortable and clean and has a view of Emerald beach. We loved all the kangaroos that were hopping around on the headland, just a 2 minute walk from the property.

We would return to Emerald Views

Loved the location and views, and the generous room sizes. The only slight issue was the comfort of the single beds (used because my husband was recovering from being sick)...they'd be great for children but were not very comfortable for this adult. A wall heater in the bathroom would of benefit too... But would definitely recommend this property as a great place for a stay by the sea.

Beach retreat

The property is in a nice location with a spectacular view of the beach. Loved seeing the kangaroos come up into the neighbourhood to feed. Close to some lovely eateries. The house was clean except for the cooking utensils. The cleaners need to look these over before a new tenant comes to stay but overall we loved our stay.

Beautiful view.

Beautiful location,beautiful view,not far from Coffs Harbour and other great locations,property could do with a re paint,also downstairs residents can be a bit noisy.

Beautiful views

What a beautiful property! Clean, bright and in a quiet neighbourhood. Loved the beach close by and the walks around the coastline from the house. Exceptional views.

Emerald Beach - Great View, Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at this home, the view was fantastic and seeing the kangaroos come so close to the house was awesome. The house itself was comfortable with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Sea view beach cottage

Lovely cottage which is very well set out and equiped, it has lovely sea views, is a short walk to good restaurants and beaches with scenic walking trails and lots of Kangaroos.
