It was comfortable, close to downtown, for the most part it was clean for what I used refrigerator, microwave. Did see black hair in a kitchen drawer. Bathroom was clean and hair free. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was sufficient. I would most definitely stay there again.

Was great for our visit with family, would have liked to have a grill, dishwasher and a way to divide the sofa from the bed area, as my hubby is a night owl. A lamp over the desk area would make it perfect for work, as the area is a bit dark.

“Immaculate Downtown Cottage” WAS .Cozy, clean, all utensils and cook ware were provided. Nice location for neighborhood walking and close to downtown. Lovely outdoor, private sitting area; nice windows and comfortable arrangements. Surrounded by trees and felt private, also safe. Would definitely come again even though I have family here to stay with. A private retreat !

Overall it’s a cute place that is in walkable distance to down town area. I think it could use some deep cleaning though as the baseboards and floors are dirty. The a/c unit works really well but doesn’t reach in the back bedroom so you may need to open a window at night to help cool down. I’m not sure if it’s because there’s not good air flow but it smells a bit muggy especially after running the shower. Very quiet neighborhood which was a plus and loved how we could walk to down town.

This was the most disappointing experience we have had with a house from VRBO. The house advertises air conditioning but there is none. The house smelled of animals. The communication with the host was slow and unhelpful in the beginning, but soon it stopped completely. We made the decision not to stay the night. We were more willing to pay for two places rather than stay there. Ultimately VRBO customer service was great. We received a full refund. I would never stay here again, but will use VRBO again.

Great location, perfect size

Location was perfect to walk to our morning coffee shop and stroll CDA shops. We had everything we needed including the best fluffy towels and a washer/dryer! Great place for couples get away.

Perfect little cottage

We loved our stay. It was clean, well equipped, a short walk to Sherman St., and the check-in process was very organized and easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect Private Little Spot

This is the perfect little place to stay when visiting CDA. It's right by Jimmy's Down the Street and has all the amenities to feel like a home away from home. I enjoyed spending my evenings here, there was plenty of privacy and parking. I will stay here again if the need arises!

We were traveling through Coeur D' Alene and this cottage was perfect. We enjoyed a walk around Tubbs Hill in the evening which was great.

Overnight in downtown CDA

The play was nice, its about a mile from the CDA resort. we walked downtown and back. The neighborhood was nice and close to everything. perfect little overnight place to stay.
