Your dream vacation starts here. This beautiful waterfront home offers an ideal setting for making memories with family and friends. Enjoy your own private shoreline and direct water access, you have everything you need to experience the coveted Spokane River location.

This modern farmhouse, set on a half acre, is completely remodeled and the attention to detail is apparent throughout. With an elegant yet comfortable vibe, you will feel at home whether you are active outdoors or sinking into the oversized sectional with a blanket and Netflix. The 2,300 square foot home features an open, great room floor plan with hardwood floors, and views to the water and beyond. The chef’s kitchen has an oversized island and peninsula and is furnished with commercial-grade appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolfe gas range and Sonic ice maker. With room to accommodate eight people easily, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All three bedrooms feature Smart TVs and king size beds, each with top-of-the-line mattresses and linens. The primary bedroom is en-suite with an attached bathroom and two walk-in closets. Also, a dedicated office with two workspaces, high-speed internet and printer allows for a perfect remote work environment. The office may also be used as a fourth bedroom using an automatic aero bed and linens.

Outside, take advantage of the private docks equipped with lifts that can accommodate a boat and two jet skis. Bring your own, rent a boat/jet skis or use the provided kayaks, paddle boards, floating lily pad and other water toys to enjoy warm days on the water (life vests provided). On cooler days, relax in the Jacuzzi, and enjoy the expansive outdoor entertaining area with built-in kitchen, gas grill, Traeger smoker, patio, outdoor seating, TV, two gas fire pits and one wood fire pit. Regardless of the weather, it's great to gather outside, make S’mores or simply enjoy a glass of wine accompanied by a spectacular sunset.

Location, location, location. You will feel like you are away from it all, but are only a short drive or boat ride to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Try all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife the town has to offer. Feeling more adventurous? Explore the 50 miles of Lake Coeur d’Alene including coves and beaches, hiking, biking, watching the bald eagle migration, skiing and more.

10/10 Dream Vacation

This is the second time my family has booked with Trudy and were equally pleased both times! For starters, the property is beautiful inside and out. It's an amazing location with breathtaking views. It's so relaxing to sit on the back porch with coffee and take in the fresh air. The house is impeccably clean and the beds are so comfortable!! Everything is so thought-out and detail oriented you feel like it's your own home! Trudy is a phenomenal host and welcomes you from the beginning to end, ensuring your stay is a positive experience. Highly recommend and already planning ahead for our next stay!

Fabulous Fall visit

We had a wonderful time for our fall getaway with our kids. Conveniently located to all shops and restaurants. The house was stunning with everything you need. The hosts were fabulous. We will definitely be back!

Everything it seems and more

The pictures of the property definitely match how it looks in person. Gorgeous home. It was perfect for our friends and family. Spacious backyard with all the fun games to keep kids and adults busy. Beds were comfortable and the house was supplied with everything you could need.

Great house in CDA!

Beautiful property

Wonderful home for our family reunion. Others stayed in town and this home was what we gathered for daily to enjoy each others company. The home was about perfect for us as we were able to dock our boat and take out daily. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.

Amazing vacation home!

I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with this home. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, and has every amenity you could think to want. We loved the outdoor kitchen and eating area, enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards, and playing yard games in the beautiful yard. Trudy and Nathan are incredible hosts and truly went above and beyond with every detail and communication point. They were a joy to work with every step of the way!

Best place I’ve ever stayed!!

This home is amazing. The owners have put so many thoughtful touches that just made our stay! Everything is beautiful, extremely comfortable and functional. They even have a sonic ice machine!! The view is amazing and the neighborhood was great. We were able to order Instacart and Grubhub, which is nice when you’re in a new place. We loved the outdoor kitchen and Our daughter loved the outdoor jacuzzi I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly is the best house we’ve rented and we travel a lot.

Perfect Setting, House and Hosts

Everything was picture perfect. The setting, house and hosts were spectacular. Trudy and Nathan went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience ever. They outfitted the house with every creature comfort, water toy and accoutrement. The space was exceptional for a wonderful family experience. When we needed something, they were there with recommendations and assistance. We highly recommend this place for a magical stay on a beautiful lake/river.

AMAZING CDA RIVER STAY!!!

AMAZING!! One of the best vacations in CDA we have had because this literally was a home away from home! We didn't need one thing - they had it all and then some! We have stayed in so many VBRO's we can't remember them all and this one had absolutely anything you could need and they even had smores and snacks waiting for us upon check in. AND having the wave runner and boat lifts made it PERFECT!! Hosts are truly wonderful people. We will definitely be using this location again and again and again. :)

Great Two Weeks

Just back from two great weeks at the Maples compound. Calling it a compound as it’s much more than a house. So much to do from fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, barbq, bags, roast marshmallows, ok you get my point. Trudy's Pillow

Trudy has a pillow on the window seat that has the quote "i love this place" - which is exactly the way our family felt the whole ten days of our visit!! The kitchen is fully stocked with high end cookware, dishes, all sizes of bowls, utensils (loved all the Pampered Chef), coffee station and best of all our very own ice machine with nugget/pebble ice (this was a big hit)! The family room was very comfortable with the large sectional sofa and TV when it was time for quiet time. The bedrooms are very well furnished, comfortable beds and bedding and plenty of space. I loved sitting on the patio upstairs off the primary with my morning coffee! The bathrooms are stocked with amazing soaps and lotions, plenty of towels and loved the bidet! We spent most of our time outside in the outdoor kitchen and on the patio watching our grandkids swim and play on the lily pad, tube, kayak, paddleboard and play in the sand. Trudy and Nathan were a joy to work with and we can't Thank them enough for allowing our large family to gather and for their hospitality and generosity during our stay!! We would love to come back!

Perfect getaway on the water

The house was perfectly described, right on the water but away from the crowds. Perfectly appointed with kayaks, sup, kids toys, a sand area near the water which our kids loved to play in. It was easy for us to dock our rental pontoon boat right outside. We used the outdoor eating area every night and the rooms were a great size. We had 3 couples and 2 toddlers in our group, the toddlers slept in the office with the air mattress without issues. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Trudy had the best communication we’ve experienced on any rental on any platform both before and during our stay.

Lovely Home and Property

Everything about this home and property is perfect. The home is beautifully appointed in a way that feels special but also comfortable. The layout is excellent for entertaining and spending time with family. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware, dishware, utensils, glassware, and every gadget you can think of. The outside spaces are unparalleled, from the multiple sitting spaces each with its own fire source to the gas and smoker grills and all the way from the patio through the grass yard to the two decks complete with boat lift and Jet Ski lifts. We have rented a lot of wonderful properties in Lake Tahoe and Hawaii and this tops many of them in part due to the gracious customer service of the owners. If you are interested in exploring the Spokane River and Lake CDA, this is the perfect spot!

Absolutely Awesome!

I don't even know where to start to describe this property and our stay. Starting with the online photos, while beautiful, do not give you the feeling of how amazing this home and property is! All finishes are top of the line including amazing appliances, fully stocked kitchen with every appliance imaginable and designer finishes. The living space is open and accommodated up to 13 of us for dinner & entertaining. The large TV and comfortable sofa allowed us to watch holiday football games and movie night. The bedrooms are all very spacious with large closets. The beds, furnishings and TV's all got rave reviews from my family. The oversized office made a cozy 4th bedroom with the queen airbed provided on the property. Every detail was perfect including space heaters and fans which were put to use. Even the bamboo sheets were a hit and now are on order for our own homes! The surrounding neighborhood is lovely and the property is a 10 minute drive to downtown Coeur d'Alene where we caught the New Year's Eve fireworks. The large yard was perfect for playing in the snow. The back patio has a large table, comfortable sofa and 2 fire tables. With the cold weather, the hot tub was a popular destination for most in our group! Nathan & Trudy were the ultimate hosts and very responsive to all of my inquiries. I would not hesitate to book this gorgeous home again. Winter was a blast but it will be off the charts amazing in the summer months when you can enjoy the water and boating. I can't wait to return--it truly was a magical time building amazing memories for my family.
