    Four bedrooms, 1.5 baths, four queen beds plus twin beds. Large eat-in kitchen, fully stocked.

    Out back is a big fully fenced yard with BBQ and picnic table, plus a front deck.

    About 5 minutes to Sherman Ave, downtown and the Lake Coeur d'Alene waterfront. Silverwood Theme Park is about an hour north.

    Built for families and groups. Pets welcome ($50 pet fee).

Needed an overnight stop on a long western roadtrip from Montana. This place was great! Plenty of room, beds and amenities! Fantastic location with several restaurants very close by. It was easy to find and just off the freeway. The host was super communicative. Thank you!

Perfect place in CDA

My husband and I were looking for a quiet place in Coeur d’Alene while we visited with our kids and grandkids. This location is quiet and close to everything CDA has to offer.

A very comfortable stay that met our family’s needs!

The house was plenty big for the four of us and our family pets! The fenced in yard and front porch were great places to enjoy the sunshine and shade! We had space to spread out which was nice when traveling with 4 adults. The price was extremely reasonable and the communication with management was clear and timely.

Family reunion

Perfect place for our family to come together from out of town for my father’s funeral. 20-30 minute pleasant walk to restaurants/beach. The house had everything we needed and property management was very responsive when there was an unexpected issue. Would definitely stay there again.

House is as described with all the amenities needed. In a neighborhood with fairly quiet streets and family homes. Back yard is great for dogs, private/fenced, large. Very short drive (few minutes) to all the spots to visit in and around town. Easy communication w/ host.

love this house

my friend group has booked this home at least 3 times now for birthdays and get togethers. it’s always clean and comfortable. the house is cute and the owners are so nice. highly recommend this place
