Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Terrible experience

Upon arrival the only bathtoom had a broken toilet seat which was split in half on one side, there was blood on the wall and baseboard begind the front door and hair (both human and pet) on the floors. The ottoman had holes in it. This property was a renovated home with bare minimal done to make money for the owner(s). We contacted the property management team, vacasa, right away through vrbo. We had atleast 9 different people from vacasa reach out all saying different things. We opted to vacate the property and go to another one which was not managed by vacasa. The experience was beyond terrible and we have stayed in many rentals. I will never use vacasa again.

Not as advertised

Broken blinds, tub didn't drain, washing machine did not work, clumps of dog hair all over the furniture and home. This felt like I was staying at a frat house. Fortunately the "team"/"host" was a good communicator, but I would not recommend this place and makes me only want to stay at hotels from now one.

Nice price

I chose this place due to price. We’ve moved to the area, but our belongings have’t arrived. So I’ve been staying in vacation rentals. It seems to be pet friendly although I didn’t bring a dog. Super clean, full sized washer/dryer, easy and reliable air/heat. Great shower pressure. Quit neighborhood. I wished three had been more dishes. Only a few plastic plates and bowls that have seen better days. Also the sofa covers don’t stay put. Top lock on front door doesn’t work easily. Other than that, it’s a great place for the price.

Clean, comfortable. It did smell “pet friendly” and really other than that it was a great little place to stay. No issues.

Neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean, but there was a slight odor in one of the bed rooms. Appliances were a bit loud. Don't run the dryer at night while sleeping, the end cycle tone is very loud and there is no way to turn it off. The backyard was rock and dirt, no grass, not was inviting at all. Side of the house had weeds and the stepping stones were loose (both those on the ground and the step). The concrete step blended with the walk way and was a tripping/fall hazard.

This was a great property especially for the price and convenience. It was a less than 10 minute drive to downtown. I appreciate that the house was dog friendly even though we didn't bring our dogs, however it did have a strong "dog smell" to it. I loved how there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. I wish there could have been some sort of spray all-purpose cleaner because we spilled a couple things and had to try our best to clean it without. Overall very satisfied with this house and location.
