"We got this condo at the surp of the moment last minute trip. It was small but mighty. It had everything we needed for that weekend. The property grounds were clean and quiet. It was plenty of pools and stuff to do, and the beach was in walking distance. We had so much fun and was well relaxed during and after our trip. Would most definitely book this condo again."

"Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are...

"Property was easy to find. House was exactly as described! House was clean for the most part and looked exactly as the pictures. Only complaint on the cleanliness was that we had to wash quite a few of the dishes before using. A few of the glasses had drink residue in them, dirty silverware, and what appeared to be pet hair in a bunch of the pots and pans. Elevator instructions were hidden, and no book laying out the house rules, or check out procedures. There was no outdoor trash can on site so...

"We loved this place! There was plenty of room for all 9 of us with room to spare :) Loved it so much and the close proximity to the beach."

"Great place! Rather small but met our needs. The pools and beach were great. Property was clean. Would recommend a few more kitchen items such as hot pads, a baking dish or two and a mixing bowl or two "

"Property was very nice. Super close to beach and pools. Beds were super comfy. Biggest negative for us was that the second bedroom had a window that looked out on the community hallway. It was extremely noisy for the people sleeping in that room. Beach was great and lack of crowds was awesome!!"

"This condo is pretty and practical, just a very short walk to a quiet and peaceful beach and even shorter from the big and deep adult pool.The layout was perfect... kiddos on one side and the parents on the other. TVs in all the rooms. The beds were comfortable.DOLLAR for DOLLAR this was worth every dime!"

"This house was all it was listed as on the VACASA webpage. The furniture was in very good shape, the beds comfy, and lots of bathrooms to share with a large group. Part of the gulf view is blocked by another house, but it also sits back far enough so that our steps weren’t underwater when the tide came in. Storms kept us inside half of our stay but would love to return sometime."

"The first thing I did was get stuck in the sand, and I had to be towed out. The driver said they sure need more gravel on the driveway. It looks as if the right side has washed away. Anyway, the floor is warped, and there is paint missing on the window sill and cabinets. I say this because I don't wish to be dinged for damages. Overall, we had a great time. The home is lovely, and dishes, towels, etc were all plentiful. I would rent it again if the driveway were fixed and there was no swing"

"This rental was just what we were expecting for a quick getaway. It was just as the photos showed and had close beach access. The large front porch was a hit for relaxing. We loved it. "

"Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bed in loft was very firm and bed downstairs was softer but both comfortable. Water pressure was great in shower. There was a welcome baggie with a dishwasher pod, a dish scrubbie and an extra trash bag in it. Great view of pool and beach from balcony. Everone in family loved the condo and would stay there again."

"Beautiful condo located in a prime spot close to restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach chair service a huge plus. Extremely clean, roomy and well-appointed interior. The beachfront balcony is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. Communication was stellar any time I had a question. Having 2 parking passes was great too. I would book here again in a heartbeat!"
