    The Space:

    Welcome to The Juni! A renovated 7-unit complex in the heart of Cocoa Beach, just steps from the sand. Walk to famous local spots, enjoy the on-site pool, and waste your days away in the sun. This is our Tables unit (named after the famous surf spot); a design-forward studio + the perfect home base for your beach vacation.



    Guest Access:

    The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

    Nestled in the heart of Cocoa Beach, The Juni offers the perfect blend of beachside bliss and vibrant coastal living. Embrace the surfing lifestyle with easy access to the golden sands, renowned surf breaks and epic rocket launches.



    Cocoa Beach has something for everyone, whether you're a seasoned surfer or a sun-seeker or getting away with your family and friends, Explore the lively local scene, where you'll find a variety of dining options, quirky shops, and laid-back beach bars. Indulge in fresh seafood delicacies or sip on a tropical cocktail as you watch the sun sink below the horizon.



    For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers endless activities. Paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing are popular pastimes in the calm waters of the Banana River or the thrilling waves of the Atlantic. Embark on a scenic nature walk along the trails of Canaveral National Seashore, home to an abundance of wildlife.



    Located just a short drive from Orlando, The Juni is also an ideal base for exploring the famous theme parks and attractions of the area. After an action-packed day, return to the tranquility of Cocoa Beach and take in the breathtaking coastal views.

    Getting Around:

    Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

    To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

    - Paper towels

    - Toilet paper

    - Tissues

    - Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

    - Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

    - Garbage bags

    -Mailbox access is not available for guests

    - While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

A Great Coco Beach place to stay

The Juni was absolutely perfect for our 3day stay in Coco Beach. It’s just a short walk to the downtown and even shorter to the beach. Super clean place to stay & we used the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach.

Perfect location, great price very clean little place in Cocoa Beach! Had the best time celebrating my 51st Birthday. Would highly recommend this place!

Great getaway to Cocoa Beach

The property was super cute! Very clean, decor was fabulous and proximity to beach was perfect! We appreciated use of nice beach chairs and wagon for transport. We would definitely rent again!!!

Great stay!

The room was very clean and cozy. TV had all apps access. Only complaint was our loud neighbors that got in a fight at 2am until 3am. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable

Great location quiet and relaxing

Great location just a few blocks to the beach - which we had pretty much to ourselves! Very quiet. Quick drive to Kennedy Space Center. We watched a SpaceX night launch from the boat ramp parking lot next to the Cape Canaveral port. The efficiency unit is roomy enough and nicely decorated - darling retro microwave and mini fridge. The kitchen has adequate supplies - we used the hot plate to cook eggs in the morning.

Better Than the Listing

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs in the area and this one is outstanding. From the location to the unit itself, everything is on point. When they say they have everything you need, it's no joke - dish soap, new sponge, paper towels, toiletries... They even have the coffee pods and a selection of sweeteners for your morning coffee. No creamer, but just go to Publix and get what you like when you pick up your snacks. There was a technical glitch with the code, but my call was answered immediately and I got right in. The staff is accommodating on every level. Communication is very good. The efficiency is spacious. I was pleasantly surprised. It was also spotless! Bonus points for that. Bed is comfy, though a little on the firm side for my taste. I'll be back. This was really great. Thank you Juni!

The bad parts are the doors had trouble locking to the point we needed someone to fix the door latch because it kept getting stuck. There was one roach in the hotel, and the door didn’t shut all the way so you could hear noise outside during the duration of the stay. The good parts were overall it’s a quiet area and the communication between the owner is very fast.
