Tropical Oasis - 1 block to beach - close to downtown

The Pink Flamingo is a boho-style home conveniently located 1 block to the ocean and 2 blocks to downtown. This home is located on a unique property with a surrounding yard area and private courtyard . Some of the conveniences offered at Pink Flamingo include high-speed internet access, a well-equipped kitchen, bar cart, separate laundry room, large bbq grill, bench swing, and fire pit.

This home features three bedrooms, two of which are master suites. One master suite offers an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd master offers a bonus attached space with a pull-out sofa that can be used as a sitting area or additional sleeping space. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. In addition, there is a bonus room that can be used as a den or converted to sleeping quarters that has a comfortable queen sofa sleeper. You can relax in a large living room with a 65' television that flows into the dining area. Cook in a fully updated kitchen with additional seating. Attached to the kitchen, you can access an additional space that serves as a laundry room and storage space. This room also has another refrigerator to accommodate food and drink storage for larger groups.

Courtyard and surrounding yard:

Our courtyard is an ideal space to entertain and spend time relaxing. It features a comfortable covered seating area, a dining area, and a grassy area to play or enjoy the Florida sun. Thoughtful lighting transforms the space at night into a Florida wonderland.

The backyard and surrounding yard host a comfortable bench swing, Adirondack chairs, grilling area, and fire pit. For the ultimate Florida experience, rinse off in the outdoor shower on the south side of the house.

We also provide beach supplies, including but not limited to:

-Beach cart
-Beach towels
-Boogie boards
-Beach umbrella
-Rolling Cooler

When you're not relaxing at the house or the beach, take the two-block stroll to enjoy Downtown Cocoa Beach. Here you will find unique restaurants, shops, and bars. Cocoa Beach offers a trolley to get around town for a small fee. The trolley stops at multiple points of interest in the nearby area, including the world-famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. If you choose to take the trolley, there is a stop only two houses south of the Pink Flamingo.

*Office and work amenities (folding desk, office chair, monitor, and printer) are available upon request. They are not stored on the premises.

This is a gem of a house! We loved the courtyard and extra “flex” rooms to spread out. The in-law suite was perfect and nicely laid-out. This house is so well-appointed- from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the toy storage room- it has everything you need to feel at home. It feels more like a home we got the privilege of visiting; less like a rental. Busy road out from not really an issue - we took the dog to the beach multiple times a day- perfect distance for a short walk. Highly recommend this place! Well done!!

This property worked great for our group of 7 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant. The house was acceptably clean but not crystal. The best way to describe it is the house is very well used. If you’re staying in cocoa beach you can’t beat this location. We walked to a coffee shop every day and even a nice dinner one night. We even walked to the beach a block away to watch a space X launch. It is on a main road with no sidewalks or cross walks. However we managed even with small children. The kitchen was the cleanest part of the house which of course is the most important however the whole house needs a freshening. Some of the thresholds were coming up and it’s in need of paint with a lot of scuff marks on the walls. The sheets have pilling and the mattress covers were not freshly new with minor stains. Communication and check in was great. Bottom line, the house gets the job done!

it was such a blessing to be able to bring the whole family together and our two fur babies in one property. The location is perfect. There were so many amenities that we were able to enjoy during our stay. I will definitely try to book this house again next year.

The Pink Flamingo was perfect for our family vacation this year. We came from 2 different states and met up for a week long stay for 11! We had everything we needed and more. This location and property was perfect for our group. The property managers were very responsive for just a couple of issues that we had, everything was taken care and we were able to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again! We even named a drink after the house! Every morning we had a Pink Flamingo!

My husband and I treated our 4 adult children, their partners, and 3 grandchildren from 2-11 years old with a long weekend stay on this property. It is within walking distance of the beach, stores, and restaurants. There was plenty of space for all of us, including our 4 vehicles. What really impressed me was the amount and variety of toys and games available for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with so many things we might have needed. Carmen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend for large families like ours!

Carmen was so nice and accommodating. The property is so cute, very clean with lots of extras - beach accessories, LOADS of towels, fully stocked kitchen. There were 12 of us in town for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect!

Owners were extremely responsive to our needs. Yard is pretty private but it's not like you can throw a party there, there are neighbors to be respectful of. Within walking distance of a few restaurants and bars. Beach access is 2 blocks away and not crowded. There is even parking there if you need to haul a load to the beach. This was our first time to Cocoa Beach and I am so glad we stayed at the Pink Flamingo! Super short walk to a great part of the beach and short walk to great food, drinks and ice cream. We also liked the courtyard. When it was windy it was the perfect spot to log in and work or just soak up some sun. House is very well furnished and hosts were great!

We brought our family (three generations) to Cocoa Beach for a funeral. Stayed for a week to enjoy the area. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING!!! Loved the post-modern “old-Florida” vibe! Carmen was the best owner I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The kitchen is chock full of every quality appliance needed and the multiple fridges and large high-end washer/dryer made it so comfortable for our group 11. She thought of everything! The beach toys/chairs/wagon were a real bonus and so is the hot tub! The short walk to the beach multiple times a day really added to the amazing and relaxing experience. No vehicle needed and it was lovely to be a bit removed from the busier pier area of the cocoa beach. Loved it all!!! Thank you Carmen!! Ps golfers will love the friendly and affordable Cocoa Beach Country club just minutes away… :)
