  • Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have. (This is a second floor unit) Please be sure to disclose your pets

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was just as described, and it felt like a home away from home. Using the kayaks was definitely our favorite part, we got to see manatees and dolphins up close, which was such an incredible experience. It was peaceful, relaxing, and made for some amazing family memories. We’d definitely come back!

Super clean, recently renovated place with a great location a short drive or bike ride to downtown cocoa beach and the ocean. The views from the living room and kitchen area were lovely and we saw manatees and dolphins right outside the windows multiple times per day. We also enjoyed taking the free kayaks out from the dock one evening. We would stay here again for sure.

Great view. Clean, well equipped, and comfortable stay. Kayaks great for viewing wildlife. Fishing right off dock; short drive to beach, restaurants, and grocery store.

Very special spot. We felt like we were home, so relaxing sitting on the dock watching dolphins and catching rays.

What a perfect place to stay to see so many things and be out of the major traffic area. The place was as described, clean, excellent communication with the host.

Our experience was great, we loved our view and the extra bonus of watching the dolphins, manatees, birds, and the jumping fish. The house was well equipped to meet all of our needs, and the manager Matthew and Craig were very kind and helpful. Hazel also was sweet!

This property has everything! Including dolphins! It is well maintained, very clean and we felt safe. We certainly enjoyed watching the dolphins every day. We did see manatees the last couple of days we were there. Which was very cool! Beautiful view from every room. We loved being able to make meals when we wanted to and to do a load of laundry (during our downtime). It just made our vacation that much more enjoyable. We fell in love with the Cocoa Beach area and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! The unit was outstanding with great views and we saw dolphins almost every day. The bed was very comfortable and so was the furniture, the appliances were top of the line and the kitchen had everything anyone would need We love to golf and there is a very nice course just 2 minutes away plus there were restaurants close by, we really liked Coconuts by the Beach.We highly recommend this unit!

Thanks so much for the great spot! A nice kitchen in which to cook up all the local fish we ate all week. Dolphin “shows.”A rocket launched. And there are sooo many places to explore on the kayaks!!
